I really like his vocals and the bass sounds but I wouldn't listen to this album in my free time. Or maybe I would, I'm 50/50 on if I like it or if I don't.
Do you like songs that are catchy? Then Parallel lines by Blondie might be the album for you! I personally like this album even though I don't listen to this type of music on the daily. I liked it because in the song \"One way or another\" in some parts of the song the guitar follows the vocals (vocals go deeper = guitar player plays deeper chords or does a string bend downwards) They also have very catchy lyrics. In conclusion in you like songs in which they have catchy lyrics and have a good instrumental then Parallel Lines by Blondie might be the perfect album for you. I really recommend this album to anyone.
Do you like songs with unique vocals? The album 'highway to hell'' by AC/DC might be the one for you! I think this album was one of the first Rock albums I ever heard it caught my attention mainly for the vocals, he has a raspy, low voice and it seems as if he had lost his voice the night before. It also caught my attention because of how Angus young played the guitar, its something about how his guitar sounds that I like and I still can't figure it out. In conclusion its a very good album and It's unique in its own ways. I would recommend this to literally anyone since its a good album you can listen in the background, if you like rock music of course.
Do you like music where you might not understand them but it sounds nice to you? If you do, i feel like Africa Brasil by Jorge Ben Jor might be for you. I personally wouldn't listen to this unless i really had to because i feel like its going to make me fall asleep somehow. I also don't understand what they are saying but they have a nice voice. In the first song it sounded as if they used the clapping of peoples hands in the instrumental. I recommend this to people who might need a relaxing album to put in the background, especially if you understand what they are saying.
Do you like to listen to songs that have lyrics about politics and might be a little controversial? The Holy Bible by Manic Street Preachers has songs that you might like. I thought this was a good album I liked the instrumental, his vocals and the lyrics. I like the sound of the bass that this album has, He sounds like Freddy Mercury without the high vocals. This is a great album I would listen to in the background of whatever I am doing.
Do you like cool guitar riffs? Siamese dream by The Smashing Pumpkins is the perfect album for you. I liked this album because of the guitar riffs it has, Sometimes its calm but sometimes its loud. It also has good lyrics. I might be biased because I used to love the Smashing Pumpkins but overall this is a good album. I recommend this to anyone who likes some kind of loud music but also sometimes calming music.
This album is different than the other ones we have listened to, its calmer, the instrumentals are a bit more quieter. I think its a good song. He has a good voice but the song "Victoria" sounds like it would be in the background during a montage of a character traveling in a movie. I think it has good songs but i personally wouldn't listen to this other than today. I would recommend this album because it has a good singer and good instrumental but its a tad to slow for me.
Do you like fast going songs? The album Raising Hell By Run-D.M.C has many songs that you might like. I like the drums they have, very simple but it fits the songs. I also like their rapping and the fact that they changed a song's lyrics from singing into rapping. I think I would play this album if I needed energy in the morning so I would recommend this album to anyone.
Do you like songs that give you a dark vibe? The Cure has the perfect album for you! Its called Seventeen Seconds. I like how they used the bass and guitar using lower notes but kept the drums kinda up-beat. Their instruments sound great when played together. They also don't have many lyrics but maybe others songs have more since YouTube only lets me hear 2 song \"Secrets\" and \"A forest\". I love how the guitar in ''A forest\" is in the background at the beginning but later on it becomes more clear. Over all I love this album and I would 100% Recommend it.
Do you like songs that are focused on guitars? Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix would be the perfect album for you. I love how his guitar sound and the fact that his songs are mainly focused on guitar. I can also hear the bass line so I love that. It's a good album but I think I would listen to it if I want to fall asleep or something, I wouldn't listen to it when doing chores or other things. Overall I would recommend this album.
Do you like songs in where you can actually hear the bass being played? \" Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus\" by Nick cave and the bad seeds is a great album for you. In the song \"get ready for love\" there is some parts in where its only the bass being played along with the vocals but the guitars and drums are not played for a moment. This song also has very good back up vocals which i love. I can see myself listening to this album while doing homework or studying. I would recommend this album to anyone.
Are you going through a break-up and want to listen to music that expresses what you are feeling at the moment? 69 Love songs by The magnetic fields would be the perfect album for you. This album literally has 69 love songs you can listen to, they are quick and only say a few lyrics over and over again but maybe that's how you feel. maybe you need a song or an album you can connect with at the moment. I think I would listen to this album while I'm doing homework or something because it feels relaxing. I do recommend this album to anyone.
Are you looking for songs that have a cool beat? The songs that are in the album "People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm" by A tribe called quest may be what you are looking for. I found this album interesting because they build the music up but their voices are very calm. Some parts are energetic while some are just slow which I have never heard before. I think it's a pretty good album so i would recommend it.
Are you searching for albums you can play in the background while studying? Hot buttered Soul by Isaac Hayes would be the perfect album. It has a very interesting low sound which sounds like whales but it does relax you. His voice is also low which sounds nice while being played with the other affects. I do recommend this album but its not for me unless I want to fall asleep after a stressful day.
Are you a big fan of Jazz? A Love Supreme by John Coltrane would be the album you would like. It has no lyrics which I'm not really used to but its nice. The saxophone sounds great its kinda like the voice in this album. Its the leader of the song. I would not recommend it though, its very bland there is little to nothing going on but if you like calm music go ahead and listen to this album.
All the lights by Kanye West has some sounds that kinda sound like wooden drums like the ones you would use in elementary school. Or it could be digital but either way its very interesting. It adds a nice complement to the other instruments and it sounds up-beat. Nice back-up vocals also. I would say I would recommend this album.
Do you like Alt bands? Supergrass is an English alt band, they have an album called "I should coco". It's not one of their best albums but they do have a song that has been featured in lots of commercials. It's called "Alright". This album has a catchy bass line that you can hear unlike some bands that mute the bass but say you can hear it. the Drumming is very good. I recommend this album.
The first song we listened to on this album(the spiderbite) kinda sounds like they were rushing while making it but maybe that is their style. it was kinda boring but (waiting for superman) sounds way more smoother. There are no big gaps between the lyrics or the instruments so it sounds way nicer. Overall they have some good songs but i would recommend this album.
Do you like songs that are catchy? "Arrival" by ABBA has songs you may like, such as "Dancing queen" which i think everyone has heard. It has a disco feel, catchy bass lines, and catchy lyrics. It repeats lyrics that you get stuck in your head because its easy to remember. I feel its a bit cheesy i dont know why i just get that feeling. overall i do recommend this album to anyone.
Do you like bands that make half of their songs instrumental before getting into lyrics? The yes album by Yes is the album I would recommend to you. Each song they make has a different vibe from the rest, one can be calm while another one can give you country vibes. They do take advantage of the bass and have parts in which you could only hear it. It's great I love it. There can be song which don't even have lyrics yet you could still jam to it, such as "the clap". Overall good album, I do recommend.
Do you want to listen to cover songs that have a country feel to them? American IV: The Man Comes Around by Johnny cash has exactly what you are looking for. I've never heard the original songs on this album but i have a feeling that they do not give country vibes at all. Good sounding Acoustic guitar, and I can't figure out what's doing low notes. Sometimes it sounds like a bass but sometimes it sounds like a piano. Super low i almost missed it the first time. It's an okay album i guess. I wont say its bad but its also not good.
They have a beautiful voice, I did not expect this from the cover album. I had totally expected a song that gave off soft vibes or calmed down, I didn't expect hip-hop-like songs to come out of this album especially the first one. The next few songs are calm which I do like because it suits her voice. It sounds like you were in a dream and this is your background voice. I don't like this album though
This album has good beats, if that's what you are looking for. his style is very smooth, as it comes naturally to him. not my type of music but I guess I would listen to it? out of five stars I would probably give it a 2.5 but since that's not possible I give it a 2.
Are you looking for an album you can vibe to? "Melodrama" by Lorde is the album you are looking for. It has relatable lyrics, beats that get stuck in your head. "Green light" starts off slow but then it gets up beat and you can bob your head to the beat. very nice Vocals I'm actually surprised I like this album. I've heard about Lorde before but never really listened to their songs/albums. Nice album I highly recommend it.
