1001 Albums #1 - TUE 12/11/24 01:10: First impressions: im not a fan of metal but this doesn't make me want to cry Final impressions: not a fan of the vocals or repetitiveness lyrically. All things considered not a bad album for the metal genre but i dont see myself revisiting this. 3/5 (avg of 60/100 across songs) T1 - Invaders: Lot of guitar stuff going on lol, no idea what the lyrics are as I'm not looking and it's quite fast but I don't mind the song, don't know that I would listen to it again per se though. Like a 65/100 T2 - Children of the Damned Tbh the continious repetition of children of the damned!!! is not doing it for me but i like the guitar riff towards the end. Like a 50/100 T3 - The Prisoner I like the intro guitar a lot, definitely best track yet. Still not 100% my thing? 70/100 T4 - 22 Acacia Avenue Last track before I go to bed! God it just keeps going im sorry it's not bad but it does not need to be 6 minutes. Definitely has the most typical metal genre feel to me yet (but what do I know abt metal lol). Okay glad it's over not going to lie! I'd say like a 35-40/100 T5 - The Number of the Beast im back baby, 17:43 12/11/24: okay i get why this is one of the most famous songs off the album and im like half a minute in. But again, wouldn't revisit, not too memorable either. 60/100 again. T6 - Run to the Hills i think my favourite track yet? Tad repetitive towards the end. Like a 70/100 T7: Gangland guitar solo is great, again i feel it's repetitive tbh which is a recurring theme for me on this album, and again don't care for the vocals. Like a 65/100 T8: Hallowed Be Thy Name Bit of a spookier vibe, i like it but it goes on for too long and also the vocals ugh who did this to you. I'd say a 55/100
1001 Albums #2 - TUE 12/11/24 18:31: Why do they say whoa so much Lowkey just had it on as background noise, not really my thing but not bad. It's about a 60/100 to me. Understand why someone could enjoy it/don't think it's bad but not my thing.

1001 Albums #4 this one is fun actually, had it on repeat for a bit. kind of new to the world of bob dylan, but the style of music isn't new at all. i can see myself growing quite fond of this with some more time. 75/100
1001 Albums #5 mmmhmmm this one hits yes i am a lamb frolicking through a spring meadow on sunday quite good. 80/100
1001 Albums #6 this is quite pleasant, had it on for the day while doing chemistry wouldn't go back to it often but will revisit 80ish/100
1001 albums #7 david bowie i love you all bangers!! 95/100
1001 Albums #8 (65/100) some highs and some lows can definitely tell it was made in the 2000s, started pretty good but i got kind of bored of it about halfway through Least favourite: snappin' and trappin'
1001 Albums #9 Actually really surprised me but I heard hide in your shell and I was sold on this album without having heard the rest! Best song: hide in your shell
1001 albums #10 now i know you okay maybe she's a bit overrated but that doesn't mean she isn't great
1001 Albums #11 sorry i hate this pretty sure banging my head into a wall and listening to this result in the same headache
1001 Albums #11 lowkey wouldn't say uninteresting but didn't really capture my attention
1001 albums #12 sexy
1001 Albums #13 the amount of metal this website is generating is FOUL don't like it
1001 Albums #14 Good but not really my thing Boulder to birmingham is great though
1001 Albums #15 I don't know why but something about the production on this or his voice ticks me off Can't place it I can see why it would appeal to people but found it kind of boring and not very memorable?
1001 Albums #16 I was really excited for this going into it, not having gotten anything recent yet with the generator (and alternative is a great genre). Within the context of the death of his son I think this album is probably a great tribute. Without that context I found it kind of boring; nothing really grabbed my attention at any point (the whole album to me felt like background instrumentals with Nick Cave's voice just loudly booming out song lyrics). That being said, it wasn't really bad at any point either. Kind of a mediocre album, but with my initial excitement for it, also a bit of a letdown. Maybe with a future revisit I could/would appreciate this more? 50/100
1001 Albums #17 eugh dont care for it
1001 Albums #18 this is fun actually highlights: 4 Ever 2 Gether, 70/100
1001 Albums #20 pretty good, nothing absolutely show-stopping though
1001 Albums #21 gooood
1001 Albums #22 Ok my thought going into this was: I'm so over metal can it stop But, actually, for a metal album this really is not bad I'm not revisiting in the future I don't think but easily my favourite metal album the generator has cursed me with yet
