1001 Albums Summary

One of my favorite albums, it was the album I learned of Van Morrison.

Love this one!! Reminds me of my father. He was a huge Count Basie, and all those jazz greats. I grew up listening to this great music.

All time favorite. One of the best albums. Period

I wore this cassette out in the summer of 86. The first note brought back so many memories.

I can see why it is said they are the beginning of Heavy Metal, but keep in mind that doesn’t mean it’s “good”. I liked it, but definitely not a Sabbath or similar album in skill and lyrics.

As a fan, it’s nice to be reminded of how far they came with each new album. That being said, not my fave. Immigrant is fantastic then the rest is kind of a letdown. Since I know what came next, it’s not as disappointing. 🙂

New band for me! Had never heard of them. I enjoyed it. Will be listening to it again.

Never heard of them before this, but glad I have now. While I’m past this genre of music on repeat, I liked it a lot. Listened to it twice. Not gonna lie, the cover was a bit distracting on my screen.

Meh.
