Live At The Regal
B.B. KingI thought it was cool and classic, but a bit boring while actively listening…until I zoned out. Spent an hour literally rocking and rolling in my seat. Awesome

Listened many times before, love as always
So used to listening to Back to Black, where she’s cemented as this fully matured tragic character. Wild to hear her as…a girl. Just a “normal”, funny, flirty, girl.
It rocked. I don't much get the HELL YEAH BROTHERRRR feeling that’s satisfied with simple melodies so long as they're built of power chords. So it dragged by the end. Bet a live show would set me straight.
Good times. Happy stuff
So many layers of lovely. Big ol' sexy orchestra. Where's my silk robe at
The Smiths covering Metallica covering Duran Duran. I am too hungover for this shit
It's a bit monotonous—not every song seems part of a master plan. But a long walk in the rain put it in context. It's slow, but it's *deep*. It's simple on its face, until you hear a secret saxophone slide in. A shimmery synth line float past. A goofy lil' piano chord chirp in the back. Its layers swell and breathe. It takes its time, but when it gets there...oh man.
Made me feel cooler than I am. Tried this album before I really "got" rap, it was fun to fully appreciate it this time. Lyrical and smooth, groovy and chill. Not chock-full of "WOW!" moments, but a nice ride.
There's nothing like it. Sounds like a 30-person party. Whole album sounds like an extended outro, so it drags a bit. But extra points for creativity, and for Maggot Brain, which is up there with the best guitar solos of all time.
Went on a trip while working. Good stuff, burnt on jazz for the moment
I thought Yellow would make me like the rest of the album. The rest of the album made me dislike Yellow.
Come on now
How did it take me so long to find the love of my life
It was fun. Made me nostalgic for a part of the '90s I wasn't old enough to actually remember.
Brass In Pocket is an incredible song. Bummed to find out the rest of the album was just them dicking around until the tape ran out
Nice time. No Emmylou, though! Jokes aside, just more basic and simple. Classic, but vanilla AF
Horrifying. I liked it. It took crazy assholes in the ‘60s a lot of acid to invent the music we like now. It felt ridiculous, but primordial! and…sick!
I feel like I'm supposed to rate it higher but I don't want to?
