The Gilded Palace Of Sin by The Flying Burrito Brothers
Jun 23 2025

I liked track 1; how it started out folksy country. It reminded me of another band around that era, but I couldn’t think of who. Then it kinda just went downhill from there… it kinda slogged around and didn’t deviate from the same same.

Off The Wall by Michael Jackson
Jun 26 2025

It’s a bop! I’d never listened to this album. Glad I did! Imma go 3/5.

Low by David Bowie
Jun 27 2025

Solid. Eclectic. Loved the range of style! The ambient part was perfect for what I was working on last night 😌

Rage Against The Machine by Rage Against The Machine
Jul 01 2025

Holy nostalgia, Batman! Not really my cup of tea. It’s a bit too angsty for my taste. I did enjoy the percussivness! The guitars and rhythms are, at times, a little mathy, which I did not recall from way back when, so that was a neat discovery.

B-52's by The B-52's
Jul 02 2025

I like how they drew inspiration from the psych/surf rock era and added their own style. Early trendsetters rolling into the 80’s for sure.

Jul 03 2025

Early punk inspiration. I cannot BELIEVE Gary Gilmore’s Eyes is their #1 listened to track… how unnecessarily repetitive 😂 I feel like I should have liked this more?

Odelay by Beck
Jul 07 2025

Listening through this years later - wow! How unique, creative and resourceful!

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Jul 08 2025

3.5 for the utter nostalgia and their fantastic, innovative approach, but overall I didn’t love several

The Sounds Of India by Ravi Shankar
Jul 11 2025

I was surprised how much I enjoyed this album. Very zen.

Ramones by Ramones
Jul 14 2025

Punky punk. Lots of good classics.

Imagine by John Lennon
Jul 15 2025
Protection by Massive Attack
Jul 17 2025

I can appreciate the poetic cacophony that is this album, but, it was… a lot…

Get Behind Me Satan by The White Stripes
Jul 18 2025

I like a few songs, but the album becomes really samie after a while.

Music in Exile by Songhoy Blues
Jul 21 2025

Love the blues/country mixed with their native language and sound! So unique!

The Atomic Mr Basie by Count Basie & His Orchestra
Jul 28 2025

Perfection. Love love. Favorite album we’ve gotten so far. The instrumentation was flawless.

A little slow at times, but such sweet sweet jazz.

Tom Tom Club by Tom Tom Club
Aug 14 2025

Didn’t really like it.

L.A. Woman by The Doors
Aug 18 2025

Besides their hits, I havent really listened to much from The Doors, and I was surprised by how Blues inspired this album is.

Illinois by Sufjan Stevens
Aug 19 2025

Love love love. So unique/off the beaten path.

Mott by Mott The Hoople
Sep 19 2025
New Boots And Panties by Ian Dury
Jan 08 2026

The title grosses me out. The songs on the album seemed too samie for me.

Meat Puppets II by Meat Puppets
Jan 09 2026

What a multi-genre adventure this was! I enjoyed the instrumental tracks the most.
