Songs The Lord Taught Us
The CrampsLike Halloween surf rock. It’s grungy, punky and danceable. Would I listen to it everyday? No. Do I appreciate its whacky sound? Absolutely.

Great vocal tone - I think reading lyrics along to the music would maximise the impact. Some good beats. Would need to revisit this album with lyrics to appreciate the poetry.
Not my vibe. I appreciate the political message and that Bono is an icon to many, but it’s not doing anything for me.
Amazing voice, great songs.
LOVE Jurassic 5! I love the fact this hip hop is positive and melodic. The 90s answer to A Tribe Called Quest and a fresh perspective on the usually sociopath-political music movement of rap and hip hop culture. A VIBE.
Loving the 1950s influence mixed with the rebellion of the 60s. I can almost see teenagers enjoying this music!! You can hear the sound of 60s rock n roll like the Beatles, but with even more grit.
Not for me.
Easy listening, so much soul. Opens with Sweet Love. Great vibes
Not for me
I’d say this is like dark pop? There’s a Hope Sandoval vocal, a bit Men I Trust vibe too. I’ve since listened to more of her music and I like it!
I wouldn’t listen to this regularly but this is definitely a great album
YES YES YES IM HERE FOR ZZ TOP
Short lived, definitely got the same vocal style as the clash and the sex pistols - you can hear the drawl of the London accent, but more melodic in some ways! Definitely transports you to this era.
Grungy. Listenable.
when an album opens with Chain of Fools, how could you not love it? Best voice around.
Muse are one of those bands like Coldplay. I know they exist, I know people enjoy their music, but I just can’t connect with them.
Bit Johnny Cash, genuinely never heard of Fred Neil! Not really my thing to be fair but great voice
No.
Fantastic album, fantastic voice.
Great album - I’m only sleeping is my fave track
Absolutely one of my all time favourite bands and albums
