Bit preachy but digged the album

This has been gruelling to sit through, I was not a fan of the first album that was chosen day 1. But I can say I definitely dislike Sonic Youth and their sound after listening to this album, A lot of tracks blended together into a caucophony of distorted noise and whiney voices. Poor just poor. I am also surprised that 2 (two) Sonic Youth albums were chosen within the first week out of a supposed 1001 albums. Just shitty luck? I had to look it up apparently there are 3 (THREE) more albums that Sonic Youth have in this list, making them have 5 (FIVE) albums in the whole list. Either SY are god's gift to music and I just don't get it or the original author of the list has a massive hard on for whiney 90's alternative rock.

Ya it was alright. Oasis I mean, like, yeah. It was Oasis, they have 3-4 songs i really like and then everything else sounds the same.
