1001 Albums Summary

Not really my cuppa tea but did not hate it. Would quite happily have this on as background music.

Did not like this one. Maybe I don't have enough trauma to enjoy this.. or drugs in my system, maybe?

I really liked this. Pleasantly surprised.

It was ok. A bit wishy washy for my taste. A couple of songs grabbed my attention though.

This took me back to high school. I was never a big SP fan, tbh the guys voice annoys me. Probably wouldn't listen again.

This album is a whole bunch of sillyness. Ok if you're in the mood for that.

Loved this. I'm a big 80s/90s fan but had not heard this entire album before. Much appreciated, will definitely listen to this album again.

Maybe I wasn't in the right mood but I found this absolutely boring. I like what Rufus did with Chaka Khan, but haven't heard much else from him. This sounded like a soundtrack to a movie I would fall asleep through.

Not a big CCR fan but grew up with the parents loving them. I knew most of the songs but it still didn't move me.

Great album. First track was a great mood setter and had me intrigued which direction the vibe was heading. I now have this in my rotation.

Love me some Al Green. Top album for a reason. Great album for sips on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Actually not bad. The first song started, I thought 'Oh no here we go', but I still gave it a chance. Certainly a man's man kinda album. It played in my headphones while doing yard work and by the end of the album I thought I don't think I really heard much. I think I switched my mind off. In saying that I didn't once think 'I need to stop this'.

I just happen to be in the mood for this. I don't mind a bit of New Wave but this was different. More like New Wave Theatre.

I didn't think I was going to like this and I was surprised how many songs I knew. Would definitely listen again.

Did not enjoy this at all. Angry boy music is not my thing. I forced myself through 5 songs.

Really liked this. I've listened to more African music this past year than I have my whole life. I will definitely add this in my rotation.
