Black sabbath’s tone, space, feel and dynamics are unique and inspirational. They set the peak for creativity combing melody, rhythm and back to back amazing riffs.
Classic album with crisp grooves and fun lyrics.
I was expecting more from the first three tracks, but then came, happy days, who is it, pyscho killer and pulled up (tracks 4, 5, 10, 11) which were refreshing, interesting and cool tunes, nice way to finish the albums too.
A pretty good collection of classic Christmas songs.
Grooves, beats, blended with skilled lyrics make this a great album.
Solid sound, tracks 4, 8 & 9 were stand out songs for me. candy’s room, streets of fire, and, prove it all night
Radiohead have so many amazing albums, this one has a couple of my favourites songs, tracks 2 & 5, ‘pyramid song’ and ‘I might be wrong’. They capture a hypnotic layered sound that flows smoothly with unexpected quirks. Thank you Radiohead!
This album has it all; fast blasts, epic instrumentals, amazing riffs, more amazing riffs, master pieces songs with melodic solos, and yes more amazing riffs!
The generator has done well, pushing me to listen to something I would never has chosen. Honestly, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this, maybe as I knew I was committed to listen through. The lyrics were entertaining, music easy to listen to.
Nick’s vocals are totally captivating; the tone of his voice, the emphasis on each word and the stories within.
I’m not sure if Nick writes songs with the Bad Seeds or if they add the instrumental sections after the vocals are complete - however they do it, it works so well with each song.
Favourite track, skidmarks on my heart, which is the first time I’ve heard of that line.
Great atmosphere and experimental soundscapes.
The opening track is my favourite, Green River, it has great groove, gets stuck in your head, and isn’t overly complicated - feel there’s a lot to learn from that track. I hadn’t listened to much CCR, mainly due to the overplayed songs, but this album makes me think, maybe I should check out more.
Live recording, first tracks set up the energy for the rest of the album.
I’m not sure what I’m missing, a lot of people think this is a 5/5 album. For me, the best song on the alumn is track 10, bye bye love.
The Cure’s sound is unmistakable, they seem to have a sound that’s just them and rarely do other visit. My favourite tracks are; A Strange Day, and the Hanging Garden.
The first two tracks have great energy and brightness, and for some reason Bob’s Yer Uncle seemed standout for me.
This album captures what I think of for funk in the 80s. It’s fresh, good energy, with horn sections over funky guitar rhythms.
Listening to this album reminded me of many other albums that came out after it, did this inspire others? Or was this the sound at the time that everyone wanted to make?
The opening track, is my favourite from the album
I feel there this is an album from amazingly talented musicians, which I’m not sure I fully understand the jazz elements and appreciate it enough.
I enjoyed listening to it, but maybe not as much as some others would.
Favorite disc 2, track 3, ‘Miles Runs the Voodoo Down! Loved that track!
I didn’t know Stevie played so many of instruments on this album. Amazing talent and creativity.
Favourite tracks, too high, living for the city, higher ground, don’t you worry ‘bout a thing.
My preferred tracks on this album are the first three tracks .
I found out, hold on, remember and well well well were my preferred tracks

Chan chan
Y tu que has hecho
Veinte Anos
Candela
‘Maybe after he’s gone’, ‘time of the season’, these are the tracks I think are the best from this album.

This album grabs your attention straight away, ace of spades, would have been amazing to be there watching it live.
Stay clean, iron horse, we are the roadcrew, Capricorn, we’re also favourites tracks.
Enjoyed the start of this album more than the end. Born On The Bayou and Bootleg were my favourite songs.
Last chance on the stairway, that’s the best track on this album in my opinion.
