1001 Albums Summary

I see its influence but the heavy distortion / punk leaning sounds are not for me. Select songs were impactful but I got lost in the noise from song to song.

Powerful and passionate vocals by Tina Turner! The album was long and at some point, bled together but still an incredible collection of 80s music.

The Beatles offer such a distinctive and unique sound, and this album is no expectation, it is full of classic songs evoking feelings of joy and youth that transcends generations. It's impact on music is evident as its influence appears across so many artists.

Never listened to anything by Miles Davis. I was in awe of how long, yet, at the same time thoroughly engaging and beautiful Shhhh/Peaceful is. What a great introduction to this era of jazz music.

Pleasantly surprised by this album. I don't much about The Who with exception for their standout singles.

Not for me! Powerful sound. The theatrics and storytelling were fun but could have been better.

In the beginning, the rhythm, pace and tone are almost chaotic but somehow comes together beautifully as the album goes on. Overall, I enjoyed the playfulness and unique sounds.
