This is the silliest Sega Genesis coded album I've ever heard. I know a bunch of these songs but never in the context of an album. 1999 is about partying so hard you don't care about the bombs planted everywhere? Baby laugh at the end of Delerious?? Rating: 10/10 Funk. I should play Toejam and Earl.
