Mothership Connection by Parliament

This album is full of bangers from start to finish. It is incredible. Such a funky journey - lots of fun on the ears. No notes.

Harvest by Neil Young
Jan 18 2026

This is one of my favorite albums. It has the best of Neil Young, IMO. Needle and the Damage Done is one of the greatest songs of all time, along with Heart of Gold. Always a pleasure. Neil Young is timeless.

Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs by Derek & The Dominos
Jan 19 2026

Layla is a great song and I can see why this album is influential. Great guitar playing, lots of jamming. This isn't 100% my taste but I appreciate it for what it is.

Mothership Connection by Parliament
Jan 20 2026

This album is full of bangers from start to finish. It is incredible. Such a funky journey - lots of fun on the ears. No notes.

The Clash by The Clash
Jan 21 2026

This album is an incredible. Police & Thieves has been one of my favorite songs for years, and there are lots of other fun surprises on here as well. What a fun album to listen to, especially while at work.

Born In The U.S.A. by Bruce Springsteen
Jan 22 2026

At first, it wasn't easy to listen to Springsteen when the U.S. is falling apart, but once I got past that this album helped me remember what I love about the country and what I know it can still stand for. I'm on Fire, and all its various covers, have a very special place in my heart and soul - what a love song that depicts so perfectly longing and passion. This was a breath of fresh air today. Certainly one of Springsteen's best.

Raising Hell by Run-D.M.C.
Jan 23 2026

Stellar album from start to finish! Love love love. No notes. Run-D.M.C. is so good.

Jan 24 2026

This album is new to me and takes you on a bit of a wild journey. Lots of sounds, musical experiences, genres. It's a fun listen and definitely doesn't bore you. Some parts really resonated with me and others not so much. I love 21st Century Schizoid Man - so good.

Jan 25 2026

TBH, I was not looking forward to listening to this album because I knew it wouldn't be for me. That being said, I was able to find some instrumental glimmers in there that worked. Also I'm a Capricorn and there is a song called Capricorn.

1989 by Taylor Swift
Jan 26 2026

I am confused. I didn't think I liked T. Swift, but this album is making me question everything. There are the obvious hits but Out of the Woods surprised me - I had never heard it before. This Love is also very sweet. I am giving it 5 stars. Is it the mimosa I'm drinking while listening? Is it that the album just hit at the right moment? I will never know, but here, now, I love it.

A Wizard, A True Star by Todd Rundgren
Jan 28 2026

This album is wild! What a ride. I had never heard it before. Kind of like a psychedelic Frank Zappa?

Ready To Die by The Notorious B.I.G.

Great album. A bit more x-rated than I remember 😂

Mott by Mott The Hoople
Feb 02 2026

I had heard of this album but never listened to it before. It was a fun listen!

Live At The Regal by B.B. King
Feb 03 2026

Loved this so much. Took me right to Memphis.

Pink Moon by Nick Drake
Feb 04 2026

I enjoyed this album. Nick Drake's music is so pretty. Not 100% my vibe but I liked the listen. I had not heard this album before.

Little Earthquakes by Tori Amos

Since Michelle Kwan skated to Winter, this album is everything to me.
