The loudness wars took many casualties, but few met as gruesome a fate as this.

Subtle. Wonky. Purdy.

Didn’t get to listen to much but solid; like Pixies but noisier and a bit sluggier.

One of the best albums ever. Proof you can be a bad singer and still be an amazing… singer.

It’s fine, but why not just listen to Dylan at that point

Solid punk but vocals give me a bit of fatigue.

What an awesome work that humanizes inmates and Johnny himself; and every song is perfectly raw. Best moments are when it’s interrupted by a joke or a sore throat or something. Best live album ever (besides maybe Alive 2007).

White Light/White Heat if instead of heroin, all the band members were on sugary drinks.

This is good, but are we sure they didn’t mean to put Songs of Love and Hate instead?

It’s the Bluesprint. Get it?

Might be better than Sings the Blues. Hard to tell, it’s real subtle and simmery.

Decent pop, but it does lose steam as it goes on. The closing track is mixed pretty poorly, not a good ending note.

This is so much better produced than Californication, it’s hilarious. But it’s even LONGER. Who can stand that much RHCP straight?

Paul’s Boutique clears but Beastie Boys beat ass.

Front to back, pretty much a flawless template for modern indie rock.
