honestly don't know the history and didn't listen to the lyrics enough to enjoy it. just on the sound, melody, and rapping itself, it wasn't very satisfying to me. definitely need to dedicate some time to understanding the context and i think I would appreciate it a lot more.

Brothers In Arms by Dire Straits
Apr 01 2026

nostalgic for me, one of my all time favs. My dad and I listened to this together all the time growing up

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Apr 02 2026

meh, don’t really appreciate jazz like that especially without a diversity of sound or lyrics

Crime Of The Century by Supertramp
Apr 04 2026

tough, flowed well! I enjoyed it, definitely could see this becoming a 5 star for me

The La's by The La's
Apr 05 2026

tough album, still needs to grow on me I think but can see a bright future for this album

It's Blitz! by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Apr 06 2026

holy tough, all the songs were a vibe. of course the meaning and the lyrics are a bit lacking but i really liked the sounds on this one

Apr 07 2026

i mean it's nirvana and mtv unplugged. can't really get much better besides dark side of the moon. 4 stars.

The Chronic by Dr. Dre
Apr 08 2026

i get it, the chronic is legendary and drdre is a legend too. But this album just isn't my cup of tea

Apr 12 2026

Got some Sade vibes

Freak Out! by The Mothers Of Invention
Apr 13 2026

the beginning was decent, even had some pretty good songs. holy smokes though that might be the worst last three songs of an album i have ever heard.

Apr 14 2026

appreciated it more than i honestly anticipated. when i watched the movie i thought the music was so mid. but i was listening to the first couple of songs today and i understood. the social activism and lyrics are song. truly a song writer of the time

Third by Soft Machine
Apr 17 2026

i will have to revist i think i could like it but this is just too much for me.

Fear Of Music by Talking Heads
Apr 18 2026

Pretty solid not too into the funkiness, talking heads is something I will definitely explore more when I’m open to it because it was solid despite not liking that kind of sound

Soul Mining by The The
Apr 19 2026

solid not my fav though

Space Ritual by Hawkwind
Apr 22 2026

i don't man all these rock albums with these crazy sounds just are not my thing i guess... some songs are decent but it's just a little too much, especially when some songs are completely random and dissonant noise. still better than frank zappas thing though, genuinely worse three songs i've ever heard in my life

The Sounds Of India by Ravi Shankar
Apr 23 2026

honestly pretty tough, won't be tossing this one on during a road trip though.
