Popular Reviews

Shleep by Robert Wyatt

This album sucks. It's both experimental and boring at the same time. The second song is so bad.

The Wall by Pink Floyd
Apr 27 2026

It's decent enough but the songs get boring after a while. I wouldn't get any story out of this album if I didn't read the Wikipedia. I was going to listen to the 2nd disk too but these songs feel so eternal. Would recommend: if you're a chill middle aged dad

Hot Buttered Soul by Isaac Hayes
Apr 28 2026

Not much to say about this album. It's nice. It's somewhat interesting even with such long songs. There's a 18 minute track that has talking for the first 8 minutes, which I feel is too extensive.

Blackstar by David Bowie
Apr 29 2026

I haven't listened to much David Bowie, but I feel like there are different albums from him I would enjoy more. I don't find the sound of this album very interesting.

Music for the Masses by Depeche Mode
Apr 30 2026

I definitely want to listen to the album again, it's both interesting and enjoyable. The songs towards the end I didn't enjoy as much as the others, though. My favorite song of the album is Strangelove.

First Band On The Moon by The Cardigans
May 01 2026

Pleasant & easy listen! Reminds me a bit of Mars Argo's music. I like the singer's voice. My favorite song of the album is Step On Me.

Vol. 4 by Black Sabbath
May 02 2026

It's okay. The album doesn't really interest me compared to more modern rock/heavy metal songs, but nevertheless I appreciate Black Sabbath's contributions to the genre.

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
May 02 2026

Pretty funky. They have a cool sound. I've never heard of trip hop before and I'm interested in listening to more of it!

Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
May 03 2026

Pretty boring. It's folk rock but like not in an interesting way.

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
May 04 2026

Decent, it would make good background music.

Highway 61 Revisited by Bob Dylan
May 05 2026

I enjoyed this much more than I thought I would. Every song has a story in it, which is cool.

Kings Of The Wild Frontier by Adam & The Ants
May 06 2026

I find this album pretty annoying but I'm not sure what exactly makes it annoying to me, it just is. It's not very good, but it's kind of funny.

Shleep by Robert Wyatt
May 07 2026

This album sucks. It's both experimental and boring at the same time. The second song is so bad.

May 08 2026

I think it's cool their debut album was live. I liked it, but not enough to make me want to check out their other stuff.

Dirt by Alice In Chains
May 09 2026

Awesome album, I've actually never listed to Alice in Chains but I'm excited to listen to more of them!

GI by Germs
May 10 2026

The vocals are definitely interesting, but unfortunately I think I dislike it more than I find it novel. The instruments sound good. I think the sound of the album is interesting, though probably not something I'd choose to listen to again.

Rage Against The Machine by Rage Against The Machine
May 11 2026

I really like the messages in this album and how clear they are. I also like their sound, would definitely go hard at a protest.

Hot Rats by Frank Zappa
May 12 2026

Pretty nice soundtrack, I probably wouldn't choose to listen to the album again though.

Blood, Sweat & Tears by Blood, Sweat & Tears
May 14 2026

There are some interesting sounds in the album but overall this album is pretty boring for me. And some parts just sound like a bunch of random noises.

At Newport 1960 by Muddy Waters
May 15 2026

Really good! Deep enough sound to be moving yet still something you could easily put on.

Dry by PJ Harvey
May 20 2026

Almost a 4, I wish there there was a different singer. There's nothing wrong with the vocals though.
