Van Halen by Van Halen
Jun 15 2026

Guitar work is mental but the entire album is what I imagine goes through the old guy at the bar that claims he's slept with a 1000 women. "Hey baby I live life on the edge now sleep with me oh yeah honey" I like that they took so much joy in making their guitars sound like cars.

Like his voice or not the man's a prophet of a songwriter. No doubt I'll be whipping this out when im 40 years futher down the line when I know abit more about life.

Coat Of Many Colors by Dolly Parton
Jun 17 2026

What the hell is going on with that travelling sales man and her mother?! Awful choice in men but shows that homemade gifts can overcome familial adultery. Sweet easy listen

KIWANUKA by Michael Kiwanuka
Jun 18 2026

It's cool, very cool. Maybe too cool and too complete i dunno

Smash by The Offspring
Jun 20 2026

As a 90's kid it hits the spot but as a being with ears im ok

Group Sex by Circle Jerks
Jun 21 2026

The noise my banjo string made when I was first angry wanking. Survived once im cool thx

Hearts And Bones by Paul Simon
Jun 24 2026

He's not a cool chap is he? And very shit at math. Great vibe for the first few but then long and repetitive

Pelican West by Haircut 100
Jun 29 2026

Ehhhhhhhhhhh, thought I'd love it but kinda like a photographer that thinks operating the camera is a talent

Jun 30 2026

Some people just get it don't they. Cultural flavour, energy, ability. Generational live moment

Stardust by Willie Nelson
Jul 10 2026

Smooth and silk but I thing the 5th star is only accessible when laying in a straw friend which i don't have at hand

good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar
Jul 14 2026

Immersive af. Kendrick is a master lyricist and flavour seller. Starts weak to me and ends well. Just like my trips It gets repetitive and there's about 3 themes and one of them hates women - a mirror to the repetitive and misogynistic violence that permeates unsupported and marginalised America It is mad how many rappers have SA's tho whats that about

Berlin by Lou Reed
Jul 20 2026
London Calling by The Clash
Jul 21 2026

For all the double denim wearing knobbly knees brigade grandads saying it's not punk or it's an industry plant - you used to clap for jimmy Saville For everyone listening for the album - generational. Can feel the life of the city and times it was made in. No skips

OK by Talvin Singh
Jul 24 2026
OK Computer by Radiohead
Jul 26 2026

No skips, no surprises. One of the most complete albums I've listened to. When artists are brave enough to make music feel how society feels and not think putting it in a lyric is enough - we get this.
