1001 Albums Summary

It was alright, very repetitive and I'm not a fan of Angus Youngs voice but by god can these guys write a guitar solo.

No action - solid enough This years girl - The beat - pretty good, no idea what this guy is talking about Pump it up - real good, almost beach rock esque Little triggers - woah now elvis watch ur mouth You belong to me - sounds like ducktales Hand in hand - hand in hand hand in hand in hand in hand in (I don't want to go to) chelsea - i like this guys vocals, like a 70s brandon flowers Lip service - groovy Living in paradise - not very remarkable Lipstick vogue - real quick Night rally - didn't really like this one Radio, radio - kind of strange but enjoyable Overall: fun little album of show tunes, elvis costello is an enjoyable vocalist and I can see his influence just through his voice, had some clear skips but was groovy enough to keep me enjoying it the whole time

Kinda embodies why i like the idea of this 1001 albums thing because I actually had no idea who Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young were other than knowing Neil Young by name alone. Great rock/folk record with a lot of highlights for me, enjoyed it pretty thoroughly

This is no Rumors or their self titled but a fleetwood mac is still a fleetwood mac. Maybe it has a couple songs that felt unneeded but the whole project is still excellent and Sara might be their most underrated song.
