obnoxious guitar soloing in warning. drummer is pretty good ok this is just one of those guitarists i know too many guitarists whose egos do not need to be augmented by having solos like this in every song. that being said it’s kinda fun music i like the intro to wizard i’ve definitely heard this one before ugh spotify ads i have not listened to all of them but i think i’ve heard enough

no strong opinions. very neutral-positive about this one.

i would also like to know where all the strange ones go. can i rate an album on just two songs? there’s a dog looking longingly at me and then the door. i’m pretty sure i listened to more of this the other day and then forgot to actually rate it? pretty positive about it. caught by the fuzz is quite fun. ok i’ll listen to one more while i get ready to go. think my mind is made up tho. ugh spotify ads. not sure i like the album cover its kinda creepy.

some of these sound like they were written for small children. made more sense as an album when i read the “soundtrack” bit lol. couple were really good. listened to maybe 5 that was enough. also i figured out how to go back so yay :))

ok i have listened to less than a minute of the first song but i already love the vibe doing this and not being able to listen to the albums in the order they were intended is an experience. i think i am yet to listen to all the songs from any one of them but i lose track because it randomises. we’re yet to have an album i’ve heard of i think, although i’ve heard of at least one artist wait no i’d defo heard of purple rain oo enjoying the echoey thing going on here this is fun this song alone gets maybe a positive 3 or a low 4 nvm definitely a 4 what even is this instrument i’m still on the first song btw what’s the one doing the solo some kinda kazoo/trumpet/guitar thing ok sunlight cliche song name but maybe it’ll live up slightly less of a fan of this one idk if the octave up is working for bro the lyrics feel like 20 songs i’ve heard before idk “if you wake up screaming” etc needs more power- feels like a melody climax but the power isn’t delivered would not choose to listen to this i liked the first one tho so maybe next one will be better ew spotify ads i will not join queen mary this september smug this one’s kinda silly i kinda like it? might get bored after 2 mins sounds like a somewhat fun drum part trillium i think im gonna like it less when he starts singing but rn its fun is he gonna start singing? maybe this is an instrumental number. feels like the music that a slightly-above-average phone wait list would play at you for 20 mins and it’s fun for the first 5 and then you’re really sick of it and you’re still 267th on the list i feel like this album in general is nice but it’s holding itself back a lot. like it’s scared to be interesting in case people hate what they do with it so it’s playing it safe. black mountain breakdown this is a very vibrant piano part we have here maybe a bit too vibrant oo we’re speeding up who are we running from? i need to get on the train oh that was quick another song came on and i was like “woah this is awesome this is my favourite one so far” and then i looked and its not on the album spotify be playing me random songs of theirs. we got the bad album guys go listen to the other side of this life (song) they’re a lot less scared of themselves here is this defo the same people yeah it is ok so they’re good this album just kinda sucks in comparison i think im done here lmk if i missed a good one the one from Not This Album is getting added to my playlist

i like when they have a little intro track ken kaniff what am i listening to this feels wrong steve something there’s a lot of talking in this album was expecting more rap feels like snippets of some tv show kill you ok this is more vibe basic but satisfying instrumental parts i like i like the chainsaw noise lol the real slim shady i should probably listen to the lyrics more carefully but this is vibes who is slim shady i like the descending “eeeeee-eeeeee-eeee-eee” etc in the background towards the end who knew you make hype music do you bro this guy swears a lot like idm swearing particularly but it feels dominating/unnecessary? idk i sound like my mum. she has a point sometimes tho. bro why u trying to sneak a plastic gun through customs is it real or is this like joel and the watergun oo we’re beating our wife not sure i’m a fan of this guy even if it’s a joke idk the vibes of these songs are fine but i’m not sure i’m very much of a fan of some of his lyrics. someone tell me if this is meant to be clever/ironic or smth. but seems unpleasant in places. ty spotify ads for alerting me of the existence of silva bumpa, what would i do without you. drug ballad “you have the right to remain violent” i like this as like a vaguely clever line amityfair similar to others he wants to kill someone’s family this guy seems to be quite angry/upset :(

haven’t started listening but LOVE the album cover i like albums that have like an intro/outro because you can tell they’ve really thought about how the whole album should fit together these kinda ones i feel especially bad about listening to in the wrong order but oh well. if i like it i’ll get the cd maybe. 3 kilos uhhh i zoned out break & enter very fun percussion/breaking sounds and things it’s slightly giving the garageband beat sequencer oo doors opening muffled underwater vibe breathing you ok bro? this is very fun and vibes and feels like aliens are landing the smashing is a little jarring not sure if i like it being constant oo we have vocals that didn’t last long this is a LONG song i like how they’re not afraid of themselves still on this one oo i like the sound at c 7:10 idk what you call it no good (start the dance) different vibe but you can tell this is the same people idk what genre you’d call this i like the speed on the drum/percussion part 0:57 i like what’s going on here fun build yes good we went somewhere with it well done that sounded nice we could have a little rave to this Their law liking the build at the start very atmospheric poison good but repetitive

jacqueline was not convinced at the beginning but i’m enjoying it now. this fire yes yes fun yes take me out this makes sense the album is very one sound but not a bad one fun drums i wanna play this i zoned out a bunch come on home fun this playlist feels like it could be from a musical like the ones where an artist picks a bunch of their songs and makes their own jukebox musical out of them kinda funky drums

Tanz Debil this is an experience i feel like im deep in a factory or like about to die i understand why this album is here Gastarbeiterdub i zoned out during when the song changed we’re drilling @joel lots of percussion and spacey sounds scary but in a different way to the other one i think aliens are landing i’m not going to do a two day degree with university college birmingham sehnsucht oo they can do more than one vibe these people have range woohoo yippee we’re getting a high rating i think i wish i knew what the lyrics meant. oh an english song has come on it’s like it heard me. aagh it’s not one on the album could’ve guessed. btw when i say this i don’t mean i wish they wrote in english or i wanna look up the translation, i need to learn german so i can listen to and understand it. regardless it’s good music tho. negative nein oo water sounds this is vibey and weird i feel like this album was made knowing that i’d go “ooo” at the start of every song WOAH we’re screaming sorry you guys are just getting my unfiltered scream of consciousness as i listen to this im sure im probably meant to summarise they did the thing echoey big scream ur gonna hurt ur throat if you don’t do that right steh auf berlin we’re drilling again oo static we’re screaming record scratch? idk oo what is this noise c. 1:40 this is fun i like the ending lünebest the world’s forces are gathering for battle maybe like the animals too like much of this album this is terrifying this feels like we’re flashing btwn different scenes of a movie silence is powerful i like Kollaps very fun opening soundscapey thing oo that was not the vibe change i was expecting this feels like eye of the tiger like in vibe ok i no longer think this but it rly was for a minute this is very epic i’d like to see live i’m gonna go take a shower but this is getting a four probably

entirely tuned out the first song oh daddy quite good go your own way woah a song i actually recognise?! this is fun i’d like to play this sometime gold dust woman so it’s all the same vibe but it’s a vibe i really like or mostly idk i’m enjoying i like the twang their sound has don’t stop slightly less thrilled with this one but like i would listen to it trying to decide whether i could write a better song than this undecided i think me and elin combined could it’s good but quite repetitive but i guess such is most music give me bohemian rhapsody or black parade any day could NOT write a better song than those (have tried) i don’t want to know oh this is Fun i like

time has told me this is a chill one you could play this while having a picnic or looking back on better times not paying attention to the lyrics but that’s the vibe i get river man the quiet guitar intro is really lovely ooo we’ve got a vibey string part 2:20ish enjoy three hours there’s a lot of moody guitar in this album and i like it oo we’re being percussive and speeding up it’s fun but i think bro may only have one vibe sad-ish songs are a LOT easier to write than happy ones i do wonder if he knows how still probably gonna rank high since i’m enjoying the vibe and the strings way to blue ooo more strings very nice ok having read through the wikipedia his sound is thought through and intentional it seems can get behind this it reminds me of something my school orchestra or choir would do saturday sun he’s saying the title a bit too much but i’m enjoying trying to figure out if that’s a glockenspiel or what so this album isn’t the most exciting thing ever but whoever said it had to be? kinda enjoying how comfortable the chill repetitiveness is. sounds like something out of an old movie, i enjoy the strings and other extra instrument parts.

10 seconds into the first song and i rly like this zoned out the rest of the song but im enjoying “im not in love” take me to the river fun intro this is a bit different and i like i’ve heard all of 30 seconds btw it’s like 5 minutes long so it better be good ok mid to fine thank you for sending me an angel fun this album is too good for a three but i’m not sure whether it quite deserves a four but i feel like grouping it with the threes would be an insult i’m not in love oo fun the good thing i think this song is a good thing stay hungry so now it’s tomorrow and naturally i can’t remember what any of the songs sounded like. reading my notes i’m gonna call it a 4 because we all deserve some optimism. that sounded really snarky, i genuinely thought it was good i think lol.

oh baby lowercase- they type like i do lol idk if i can get behind it for a song title tho… we shall see if it has the right vibe it can work this is a lonnggg intro nothing special but quite vibey i don’t not like it i could probably make out the lyrics if i bothered to listen harder call the police loving the clave does that word have an accent somewhere aww it went away cool spacey sound tho i’m adding this to my playlist less than a minute in, we’ll see if i take it off by 5 i like this a lot better more intelligible lyrics, less effort to listen to fun if basic drums oh i take back basic even if just bc they’re using cymbals this is fire this is really fun idk why i like it so much this is why you listen to more than one song on the album (im talking to myself. i think my lowest has been like 4. what if i missed a great one.) we have guitar being cool without being obnoxious i like how singer is kinda shouting but not in a screamy way (not that i don’t like screamy music but this is the Right Vibe for this song) i’m yet to understand why it’s called call the police but i’m only half listening to the lyrics enjoying the instrumentation a lot feel free to skip the waffle guys 5:28 is this a bridge? perhaps. we’re on a fun instrumental they like their long songs this one deserves the length tho next station baker street i might lose signal other voices good use of toms in the intro people forget they like exist and can be used outside of fills oo lovely everyone’s getting off the train someone with a scooter opposite me now but they’ve got it folded so it’s not taking too much space is that allowed on tfl?? who knows anyway the song loving it less than the last one it’s got some cool sounds and the percussion is great but it’s less my vibe than call the police it’s another 6+ minute one as well only like erm 6 stops left that’s like maximum 2 songs at this rate probably not even this is definitely better than the first draft of my gcse music composition (tuneless, 8 minutes long) but i still don’t know if it deserves this much time oo wait i like this 5:20ish the person kinda talking over it and then the electronic instrument (????) solo after you’re just a baby now i’m 19 actually this last bit is good but we could cut a lot cool percussion again american dream tuned out most of this other than the last 20 seconds but i think i didn’t hate it? a four might be generous. really i’m just raring call the police.

YESSSS IT’S MUSE this might get a five i forget what’s on this album i might be biased towards things i already know i think this exists on cd somewhere in my house i could listen in order take a bow don’t remember this one specifically lots of build i like their sound, esp c. 1:45 glorious indeed this album cover fascinates me. if anyone knows the reasoning behind like any of it lmk starlight i could sing the whole thing. not the words idk half the words but i can make sounds to the whole thing i rly like this song its funny because of the albums i listen to regularly i don’t think this would make like top 20 but it’s so awesome i think i prefer hysteria do i prefer hysteria or do i just love butterflies and hurricanes but is butterflies and hurricanes enough in its own right to make me prefer hysteria the answer is yes anyway back to the song at hand this ship is taking me far away i hope so never fade away i like the spacey sounds in the background i did just want to hold you in my arms i like the use of backing vocals in this it’s nothing complicated but it elevates it so much hehehe supermassive black hole this is the first muse song i ever heard my dad played it to me when i was little i didn’t know the name of the band back then- butterflies and hurricanes was my introduction to muse as a concept, but i had heard this song years before its wonderful and amazing and all the things it makes me feel like dancing if only i could dance i feel like anish could tear up the dance floor to this i mean he probably could to anything but especially this i’m so biased to this album but it is an awesome album city of delusion this one i know less well i should go do something productive shall return to this but im enjoying so far i return yeah this is fire map of the problematique fun drums i keep thinking the rhythm section is the pasta bubbling over even tho i’ve turned off the hob now

janie jones this is fun i enjoy remote control singers voice has a very specific vibe that i feel like i hear all the time in this era of music i have no idea what said era is sounds like the kind of thing we’d play in my secondary school band hate and war what it says on the tin 48 hours enjoying the opening this album is probably a four. i’m enjoying it but it’s not blowing me away. i’m so bored with the usa lol
