The Wildest! by Louis Prima
Aug 10 2026

Domestic violence jumpscare I usually don’t listen to anything in this genre but it’s so listenable. A perfect sound of the times.

Aug 11 2026

I understand the appeal but this feels like an album that has to find you and I’m not in that place right now.

Aug 12 2026

There were moments I felt really inspired by this album. The kind of album I can understand it’s cultural impact from listening. All in all, though, this album fell short of being truly enjoyable for me. Shout out to Supermassive Black Hole though.

xx by The xx
Aug 13 2026

This album was the sound of my musical renaissance in high school. It feels so nostalgic and tinged with melancholy. I love the guitar sounds that runs as an undercurrent throughout the song. Special shoutout to Islands for being the best song of all time.

Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix
Aug 14 2026

I recognize the cultural impact but man if this music just isn’t my speed.

Aug 15 2026

I enjoyed this more than I was expecting. So sonically varied and expressive, I imagine it was nothinv like the masses would have heard in 2010.

Stardust by Willie Nelson
Aug 18 2026

This album feel so homey.

Shleep by Robert Wyatt
Aug 19 2026

Interesting and surely experimental and perhaps to some inventive but not my speed.

G. Love And Special Sauce by G. Love & Special Sauce
Aug 23 2026

I feel like this album is the blueprint for a lot of 90s post punk culture (I don’t necessarily know what this means but it feels right). I feel like I would hear some of this in an earlier Persona game.

Cupid & Psyche 85 by Scritti Politti
Aug 24 2026

Never judge a book by its cover. I wasn’t super excited to listen and the album art didn’t help but this was a solid 80s electropop album with one or two songs I can imagine randomly playing without me immediately skipping. Color me pleasantly surprised.

Trio by Dolly Parton

It's A Shame About Ray by The Lemonheads
Aug 31 2026

90’s music scratches something for me but it’s really contextual. This time it didn’t necessarily hit.

Maggot Brain by Funkadelic

Funky. I liked. Wouldn’t listen to it on my own really but definitely can see how it would’ve been inspirational.
