1001 Albums Summary

It was an interesting narrative. Made me want to look into the movie (which I haven't watched). Good background music for working along to and such. Nothing too exciting, in my opinion.

It was good. Not as mind-blowing as I thought it would be based on all I had heard about it, but it definitely was enjoyable.

I liked it! I dont have a lot of listening experience with Jazz, but it was relaxing and not overly distracting.

Liked it, though I think it merits another listen. I don't feel I was able to truly appreciate it yet.

I really didn't like this album. I forced myself to listen through it because it was, admittedly, very different from my tastes. At best, some songs were nothing special. There were more than a few that I found almost discordant.

Thought I would like it more, but the music was overall very slow. There's of course a few hits and those are enjoyable as expected, but the rest of the album wasn't noteworthy for me at all.

I really liked it. Added to my favorites.

Great album, but I knew that! I had already listened to it and is what got me into listening to Queen of the Stone Age.

I wasn't expecting this to be good ambience music, but it was. I'm not sure how to feel about that though.

I couldn't get through it (though I did listen to most of it). The music was not very interesting to me and the lyrics ranged from generic to questionable or cringey.

The album is exactly what I think of when I hear 'Jazz'. In that regard, I think that is a good thing. On the other hand, it wasn't terribly exciting.

Really liked it. Based on the album's age, I can see that this music set the precedent for other bands such as Beastie Boys.

I liked it. It gave me some The Strokes vibes and of the surrounding genre (which I don't know the name of). I'd listen to it again, and I probably would.

Music was surprisingly good. I was able to enjoy it despite not really being into rap all that much. The themes, however, were often questionable. Due to the latter, I probably wouldn't feel comfortable listening to it again.

Great, fun album. My rating is however biased because I was already familiar with her music.

It was good. Jazzy in a way that reminded me of Jethro Tull. I would definitely listen to it again.
