I like Neil Young, most of the time. I wasn't expecting much from this album but I was pleasantly surprised. Great songs, great sound, definitely deserves a spot on this list.

He was definitely out of his mind when he wrote this one. Bob Dylan is hit or miss with me and this one was a miss.

Or they have at least 3 radiohead albums on the list, which makes me feel like the spots on the list are being inefficiently used. However, this was a decent album
