1001 Albums Summary

First time listening through. Much more mellow than other Beatles releases but possibly my new favorite. Emily knew every song

Classic groundbreaking country. Want to do a second listen for the narrative but despite not being super into country it’s a fun listen

Fun album but Take Me Out is the obvious banger. Actually thought it was by the killers. Apparently both bands started around the same time.

For liking nirvana and similar grungey music, actually wasn’t a huge fan. Mostly vocals, I liked the instrumentals a lot

Unique album I’ve never heard before. Reminded me of an indie 90s smiths

Haven’t listened to a lot of post punk, very cool to hear the inspiration for more modern punk

First intro to any other than rehab. Amazing old timey voice

Wasn’t in the mood for whatever this was but could appreciate the diverse instrumentals. Will give it another listen later
