solid album overall, hard hitting lyrics that are still pretty apt for some situations today, some of the hook melodies and sample repetition I found to be a bit grating
Chill album with some classics, all in all not something I would generally listen to but enjoyable none the less
Very cool album and kind of crazy how many good songs are on the one album, quite enjoyed it but not something I would listen to a lot
Always had a soft spot for cash's cover of Hurt, and I also like I Hung My Head, the rest of the album is okay
This album was pretty good, enjoyed Wild Horses and can't you hear me knocking the most but probably preferred them due to familiarity
Had never heard of Anita Baker but was pleasantly surprised, Sweet Love was a bop and the album was nice to chill out to
was an okay Album, not really for me
Can't say I enjoyed this one, could see some of it being background music in old timey movies but it was a slog to get through
very funky and still holds up, a lot of just background music but it was nice to chill to
Not sure how this made the list
Quite enjoyed this one although it was a bit of a strange one with the long form songs. they were pretty groovy and fun though
Quite enjoyed the music and the melodies but the lyrics were a little too horny for me to really enjoy
A few solid songs, not the biggest fan of Oasis general vibe and the album felt like it dragged on a little but it was still enjoyable
There were a couple of stand out songs but overall I wasn't the biggest fan
Overall an enjoyable album, nothing particularly stood out except Bigmouth Strikes Again which was quite good
Interesting and kind of unique, sound design is really cool on some songs and boring on others, really liked the style of Sing About Me, I'm Dying Of Thirst
It's frank Sinatra, iconic album with some hits still heard in popular culture, but all in all probably really only suits a few settings these days
Really liked waiting for you and one and only love the guitar in lovesong two seperate acoustics playing in different ears took me a second to realise it was a cover of the cure
Very funky and cool album, I could see myself checking this one out again in the future
what a strange assortment of sounds, interesting and really weird at the same time. Kind of a fun album but not something I would find myself listening to a lot
Have never heard of Fred Neil, didn't know he wrote "everybody's talking" but I really enjoy that song. Unfortunately the rest of the album didn't really connect for me
really enjoyed the instrumentation and practical effects though some of the songs felt like they dragged on Really liked "without you" Did not know Harry Nilsson wrote "coconut"
Really good album and quite solid down the line rock and roll, enjoyable listen
Love this album, Favourite songs being heart shaped box and rape me
A lot of really cool sound design and mixing, really enjoyed this for not understanding a bit of it
I don't know why but I find this entire album really unsettling, the way they play with dissonance and tension is somewhat unnerving to me, really interesting album but not something I would listen to a lot
Never heard of this band or album but heard a few of the songs, I guess that goes to show how influential it really was, Really liked Broken and Mothers talk of the ones I hadn't heard, and shout and everybody wants to rule the world are classics. Solid album
Very interesting storytelling, really enjoyed the intro sequence too, the music itself I could take or leave, there was some interesting beats but on the whole didn't do much for me
beyond belief actually really hooked me by the end, I started it off thinking it probably wasn't gunna be for me but I ended up actually quite enjoying it though there were some songs that made me just wish they were over like shabby doll overall not a bad listen, probably not something I would come back to though
This was a really interesting album, the production value seems really low but it works really well.
Solid album, I didn't realise Golden Years was by David Bowie, but here we are
Not really my style, undeniable talent but not to my taste
found this really depressing at the start to be honest, I don't know if it's just the lyrics or the music itself, and then it surprised my by becoming upbeat and kind of happy, enjoyed heavy metal drummer and pot kettle black
not a big fan of this album to be honest, I like a few of the songs though
Solid album, high energy and fun, but nothing particularly stood out to me
not really a fan at all of this one, there is some interesting things going on but it felt really same samey to me by the end of the album and I was glad to turn it off
not particularly thrilling but good background music, enjoyed They won't go when I go
I love the paranoid android intro I don't know why radiohead makes me uncomfortable This whole album is so good and cohesive but it leaves me feeling really on edge
Really emotionally tumultuous and interesting album, the songs are all solid and themed well but nothing really stood out to me
Elvis is Elvis and all, but this album just really didn't do much for me.
what a weird album, can't say I was a fan at all
I think this one was good in small doses, struggled to enjoy it as a whole
really enjoyable album, I think I enjoyed the back half more than the front
Didn't particularly love the lyrics of most of the songs but the melodies, composition and production were really top notch
