Imagine
John LennonIt's got some notable songs ("Imagine", "Jealous Guy") but otherwise it's a pretty nice but forgettable album.

not that keen on vocals; but the lush guitars and cheery pop tunes are enjoyable. Actually, the vocals are mildly irritating. typical white man whine at the end of every long note really gets on your nerves. no lyrical standouts, but god the instrumentals are fantastic. faves: live forever,
She's got such a sweet, rich voice. It's not really my genre of music, but Dusty's cheerful voice and optimistic lyrics are fun and feel-good. Surprisingly soulful for a white woman. I might give her other stuff a listen, looks like Dusty in Memphis is her best.
Beautiful album. Time flies by. The mix is flawless, and cheerful, warm horns with the smooth bass make a listen for a sunny day. It's not as interesting as his other albums, which have more textures and intricacies, but Birth of the Cool is a classic, solid jazz record.
its really good. there's some lulls in the more soft acoustic parts, but when the prog hits it hits. hard.
Banger instrumentals, gets rea experimental sometimes with the electronic sounds. Some of the tracks are underwhelming and could be cut. The singles and the standouts shine through. Also I'm obsessed with the album art. She's cute.
raw power is really accurate. its angry, violent, horny, and rusty. i sat here listening to this instead of doing any work so i would say. yes it is one of those albums. also, the album art is giving gender. go iggy
groovy, smooth, romantic. its good!
ugh his voice is so pretty. the album’s clearly about 9/11, finding hope and keeping faith in dark times. his songwriting is so poetic and warming. the tracks are so comforting and bright, ironic to the subject matter but i think it works. I will say it’s less interesting musically than his classics but it’s a strong singer-songwriter album. 3.5
its.... an ABBA album. i always thought of them to be a singles artist more than a projects one, but this is pretty cohesive. it's a lot less cheery compared to their previous singles, and there's almost an melancholy air to the tracklist. obviously cassandra is my favourite.
12 year old me ate this shit up. 23 year old me is trying not to cry at the corny ass lyrics. slim shadys corny voice and character is sooooo funny (negative). no i will not feel bad for a cringe white boy. this album has my face permanently ayo'd.
it's a black sabbath album. apart from changes, which is annoyingly sappy and overly long, the rest of the album are full of bangers.
i think its a little corny but cute. very of its time the vocalisations are really annoying sorry. like this guy can't just stay in his normal singing range and not do that stupid baby voice? the instrumentals are good tho
