1001 Albums Summary

mechanical and repetitive. good for pushing through some boring bookkeeping work. Not really my cup of tea. It felt like work listening to this.

I will always love this album. I love the jangly guitar sounds and vocals. It's dreamy.

Noisy

I know all the words to this album because it was imprinted in my consciousness from being over-played on the radio for all 4 years of high school. At the time I felt it was mediocre and mainstream, but now, 30 years later, it seems solid enough for the era. Some decent tunes. Will not ever play it again.

I will not listen to this album. I really can't stand the vocal stylings of the lead singer. Not to mention the misogyny. cringe city. no stars, but I can't seem to remove the one I added.

This ain't no party; this ain't no disco; this ain't no foolin' around. Good album. Not my favorite Talking Heads album, but you can't beat some of these tunes: Heaven, Life in Wartime, Air.

So good.

Understated mellow 90s electronica. Moody but with a beat. I liked it then. I like it now.

These songs are really long.
