C'est Chic by CHIC
Nov 06 2023

A fun, funky time. Opening number I recognized, Fatman scoop must have sampled it, cool! Favourite tracks: le freak (duh!), happy man, I want your love, sometimes you win… pretty much all the songs with vocals. Least favourite track: at least I am free. The slow ballad is less of a vibe, but this was still an ear worm

Tonight's The Night by Neil Young
Nov 07 2023

I don’t get it. I’m sorry but are we just pretending this man can sing? Favourite song: Tonight’s the night Least favourite: Mellow my mind was like nails on a chalkboard, the singing was so brutal. I don’t even understand how this is on an album.

Dookie by Green Day
Nov 08 2023

I don’t really like this genre or maybe just don’t really like Green Day Favourite songs: welcome to paradise, basket case, when I come around

Music for the Masses by Depeche Mode
Nov 09 2023

It didn’t live up to ‘break the silence’ but it was a still a cool, synthy 80’s time. I liked it! Favourite songs: never let me down again, the things you said, strange love, behind the wheel, I want you now

Crazysexycool by TLC
Nov 10 2023

Thought this was going to be awesome because Creep and Waterfalls are bangers. Nope, those are the only good songs on the album

Led Zeppelin III by Led Zeppelin
Nov 13 2023

I had high hopes, especially when you start off with a banger with the immigrant song but nothing else compared.

Thriller by Michael Jackson

This was so silly and fun. A cool surprised since I've never listened to this band before. When I was talking outside listening to this album I felt like I was in a movie. I especially love The Wall Street Shuffle.

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Nov 17 2023

“If peeing your pants is cool, consider me Miles Davis.” Sorry Miles, just not that into instrumental music.

The Atomic Mr Basie by Count Basie & His Orchestra
Nov 22 2023

I’m sure these were bangers back in the old timey times

Lady Soul by Aretha Franklin
Nov 23 2023

Queen!

S&M by Metallica
Nov 27 2023

This collaboration rips!

Ray Of Light by Madonna
Nov 29 2023

Big time cool vibes here. Favourite songs: swim, nothing really matters, ray of light (Austin powers duh), frozen, the power of goodbye (love these last two songs especially wow). I don’t know this might almost be a 5

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Nov 30 2023

I didn’t like this one first but the more I listened the more I enjoy. I think I should check out other albums by The Cure

Murmur by R.E.M.
Dec 06 2023

It’s was alright. Just didn’t spark any joy for me

Faust IV by Faust
Dec 07 2023

Very unclear why this is on the list. First song hurt my ears with the overlapping of sounds. Didn’t get much better after. V weird and not in a good way.

Guero by Beck
Jan 08 2024
Electric Prunes by The Electric Prunes
Jan 12 2024

It’s too bad, I think I’d really like this album but the sound quality is so bad. Needs to be remastered

Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys
Feb 06 2024

Beastie boys are overrated. All the songs sound the same. 3 for a couple classics tho
