Lynyrd SkynyrdLike the overall feel of album and Free Bird is a no brainer classic, but found otherwise the lyrics of other tracks kind of basic

All sounds the same, 3 for the classics and nostalgia
Unique voice and sound
I want to like this and I can feel the innovativeness and beauty, but at most points in life I do not have the time nor energy to devote to this album to really understand why for many it’s a 5.
Reinforced my enjoyment of the songs I already knew, but clear why those were the only ones I did. Melodies and lyrics blurred otherwise through the unfamiliar to me tracks.
Appreciate the classics and the quirkiness but only found one new song I truly enjoyed.
Unique and beautiful vice, capturing and poignant lyrics. A bit confused by the island/yacht rock vibe in the middle of the album.
Not getting it…seems like needs multimedia to be enjoyable. Not the point of being able to listen to an album and feel it.
Love the bass and beats of all songs, didn’t love in totality listening back to back
Easy to vibe to, some tracks more than others, could listen to again but probably won’t.
Love how you can feel the early transition of the 70s to 80s through the whole album especially the bangers
I can appreciate 90s grunge but woof hard to listen to when she’s seemingly purposely trying to not sing well
Love love love this album. Brandon Boyd’s voice is amazing and the power behind each song is evident.
Surprised I have not heard of this artist before. Found his voice and the beautifully sad feel of the tracks to be quite soothing. Will definitely be checking out other albums and listening to this one again.
Very enjoy in the right environment, average enjoyment in the day to day setting
My first 5 star. Had never heard of this group before today but this album was enjoyable from start to finish. The build up in Sailor’s Life is to die for.
Meh
I want to like it but I just don’t think I’m a 90s grunge gal
Another debut album with great classics but also non-hits that still hit. A solid 4.5 for me.
Solid all around. Nothing that jumped out but would listen again especially to a few tracks.
Great rock album, classics along bang enough for a 4, but enjoyed the rest too
Meh. Enjoyed some beats but mostly ruined by association with Kanye.
Was expecting more vocals, didn’t realize the instrumental and synth focus this album had. Could kind of take it or leave it.
Liked this a lot more than I thought I would from what I already knew by NY. I think much of that stemmed from the unique aspects of the live recordings and the half-half acoustic/electric split bookended by parallel songs. A neat experience.
Interesting experience! There were parts I felt like I just had to get through, other parts I liked (the classics, namely) but none that I loved - hence the 3.
Didn’t do much for me
Classic 80s album - loved it for that alone!
Just alright. Thought I’d like it more because of Clint Eastwood but found myself a bit perplexed by all the different sounds and vibes.
When I read the description I was excited because the rap opera sounded so different. But it was just not enjoyable to listen to.
A couple memorable ones but overall not enough for a 4
Familiar with White Stripes but had never really listened to album. Thought I’d like more but maybe it’s their later stuff is based this assumption off of. A solid 3.
A great sound to just listen to and zone out
I can’t decide on this one. I did and didn’t like it. The futuristic feel was interesting but overall got old after several tacks. I don’t think I’d ever go back and listen to it which is why I am giving it a 3.
As much as I love Eminem this just didn’t do it for me. Like his other stuff better.
