BANGERS ONLY DAD ROCK IS BACK BABY!!! To be added to a camp dad jamz playlist
Solid 90s vibes from the 80s. I think Mike had this CD because I recognized many of the songs. Would listen again.
Not gonna lie, this is pretty bad. Nothing really redeemable about this album. Worse than a high school talent show band.
Lime in the coconut guy! More 70s dad jams, LFG
Pretty one dimensional album and not gonna lie 'just like a woman' is a pretty rough song. Also, way too long and all sounds the same.
Not really my regular listening vibe but pretty nostalgic and classic.
Fond memories jamming to this in the Minnie Winnie back in the day. Still slaps!
Get out of here kraft punk! JK, this is pretty good and sounds like an earlier evolution of Daft Punk
Solid indie vibes worthy of listening again.
I know John hates John Lennon but it seems to be a little easier for me to separate the art from the artist. Helps when Yoko isn't involved.
She really is so unusual... but not in a good way. Not a Cyndi Lauper fan.
Pretty cringy with some very jay puffiny lyrics... quite the piece of "art".
This was much more enjoyable to listen to than expected. I realized my opinion of Xtina was completely skewed by watching so much american idol in my tweens. She's got a really powerful voice. Album itself got a little long in the tooth near the end.
I completely forgot she was also a rapper... good early rap vibes
Not their best but I'm still a pretty big Fleetwood mac fan
Agree with John, decent background jazz tracks.
Agree with John, decent background jazz tracks. Review for pictures at an exhibition was accidentally the jazz one whoops.
So good, easy listening. Love it.
Decent
Not a big fan of christmas music in general...and this one is a tough sell since it's the one that plays in every store I walk into for a month straight every year.
Old school country in the best way.
Definitely a fan of this and pretty easy listening
Big high-school throwback album... wouldn't put it on my regular rotation but I know a lot of words to a lot of the songs, so there's that.
It's fine
Easy listening indie
Very... 80s... not a huge fan of this
Absolute banger.
Perfect dinner cooking music is correct. Love the heavily featured horns in this funky jazz
Not very chill and not my fave
Not my vibe
What an interesting guy... his later stuff is alright but after John and I went on a Bowie internet deep dive I also came to the conclusion that his earlier stuff is preferable
Pretty unique, good listening for cooking, chilling or walking around. A very high 3 but I can't justify putting it next to some of the other 4s.
Down with this, pretty chill and easy listening
Maybe I would be one of the 7 women spotted at a rush concert. I don't think I would regularly listen to this but after listening to John rant about how technically skilled they are and watching a million youtube videos of them performing live I'd be lying if i said it didnt grow on me a little. Plus every cameo they've done in a tv show or movie indicates they have great senses of humor and don't take themselves too seriously and I respect that.
Love the name of the band and the album but unfortunately not so much the music...
Pretty nostalgic
I realized I haven't listened to too much 2Pac, but after this album I totally get the hype
This is solid. Would listen again.
Reminds me of the good times jammin' in the Minnie Winnie in osoyoos, big fan!
Also nostalgic, games without frontiers is an enjoyable listen
I can appreciate things that are alternative and people taking risks and I also love the name Björk, but this unfortunately is not my jam
I have no strong feelings about this album. I probably wouldn't listen again, but I also probably wouldn't shut it off if someone put it on.
To be honest I don't get the insane hype around Coldplay, but I do get why it has wide appeal. This album also really reminds me of high school... somewhere between a 3 and a 4 but I'm rounding up
Some of this is spy movie soundtrack (agree with john) but some of it is also giving edgy elevator music... not really my cup of tea but not completely un-listenable
See rating for Vulnicura
This was pretty interesting... I prefer this Icelandic music to Björk, that's for sure
I don't know if I'd listen to Abba every day, but honestly maybe I would... love it
Rollin' in my six-four. DOO DOO DOO
