1001 Albums Summary

Okay well I had no clue that she practically carried the 70’s with just this one album, I didn’t know that most of these songs were her, this album is awesome, only one or two songs on here that didn’t do it for me, the rest is awesome!

Hard to believe he was song young recording this album, truly one of the greatest losses in music history. In my opinion the stand out tracks on this album are: Change Gonna Come, Loving You Too Long, You Don’t Miss Your Water, and Rocking Me Baby it has an absolutely awesome guitar solo, a great blues song, and good change of pace, if you haven’t listened to this album I suggest you stop what you’re doing and give it a shot

Jazz (We’ve Got), What?, And Scenario are my standout tracks. I’ll definitely go back and listen to this again, this is one of those albums you can out on in the background and just vibe to

Stand out tracks to me: High and Dry, Just, My Iron Lung, and Street Spirit

Stand out tracks: Precious, Tattooed Lover Boys, Private Life, and Brass In Pocket This is an album that I honestly would have never listened to on my own, I’m very pleasantly surprised, their use of different time signatures is what really drew me in and made me pay attention to this, they don’t do it on every song, but when they do it it’s done masterfully, a lot of good stuff to listen to on this album, I’ll definitely be revisiting it!
