good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar
Dec 19 2024

enjoyed more than I expected incredible storytelling and blend of sounds two title tracks were possibly my favourites

Songs Of Leonard Cohen by Leonard Cohen
Dec 20 2024

not my cup of tea really can appreciate the poetry of it, but the slowness doesn’t do it for me 3/4 out of 10

Station To Station by David Bowie
Dec 21 2024

enjoyed!! not my fave Bowie but I liked the title track a lot and TVC15- would happily listen again and see if the others grow on me prob more of a 3.5- 6/7 out of 10

Henry's Dream by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Dec 22 2024

liked the opening track, the rest of the album was pleasant too not sure if I would actively listen to again 6/10 or perhaps 5

Bayou Country by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Dec 23 2024

not bad- but to me, nothing particularly special? I liked the swampy rock sounds and it was a pleasant listen but not much more than that 2.5ish, 5/10

Rapture by Anita Baker
Dec 27 2024

fine, but equally totally forgettable 3/10

Can't Buy A Thrill by Steely Dan
Dec 28 2024

some instant bangers and others that could defo be growers!! really satisfying harmonies and catchy lyrics 8/9 out of 10

Parklife by Blur
Dec 29 2024

surprisingly enjoyed?! maybe I’m being generous since this is my first generated britpop album (of which I hear there are MANY) but I really liked the ‘patchwork’ influences and sounds on this album, I can definitely see myself returning to it solid 8/10, could become a 9

Faith by George Michael
Dec 30 2024

some solid tunes that I will definitely return to!! George had such a gorgeous voice 8/10

Out Of The Blue by Electric Light Orchestra
Jan 02 2025

unsurprisingly enjoyed!! perhaps a bit too long but I would listen again - jungle, across the border and obvs mr blue sky as highlights 8 out of 10

Pretenders by Pretenders
Jan 03 2025

fine, I see the vision but it didn’t grab me immediately. apart from wondering how much Chrissie Hynde influenced Florence Welch 6/10

Cosmo's Factory by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Jan 04 2025

better than their other one but still not particularly my cup of tea 3.5 (7 out of 10)

1989 by Taylor Swift
Jan 05 2025

I would be denying my true self if I didn’t give this 5 stars: the album that defined pop music in the 2010’s, and massively shaped my listening taste. I remember my dad getting me the deluxe edition from HMV on release day, and being instantly obsessed on first listen. Clean, Style, and Out of the Woods are some of my all time Swift songs. Honestly it’s a shame the TV album fumbles some of the production so hard- I’ll always keep coming back to the OG. 10 out of fuckin 10

...Baby One More Time by Britney Spears
Jan 06 2025

First three tracks are a generational run, and completely justify the album’s inclusion… sadly the rest is mostly forgettable bubblegum pop 5 out of 10

Green by R.E.M.
Jan 07 2025

stand in the place where yo- 5/10 (may revisit)

Electric by The Cult
Jan 08 2025

so forgettable and that’s not what a good rock album should be… and that born to be wild cover honestly sucked 2.5/10

The White Album by Beatles
Jan 09 2025

a very long album that only became a little boring in the last 20 mins or so.. enjoyed the album overall and the diverse mix of sounds and genres 8 out of 10

1999 by Prince
Jan 11 2025

I thought I would enjoy this more!! Title track is obviously great but most of it I could pass on 6 out of 10

Vivid by Living Colour
Jan 13 2025

listened on a rail replacement bus and hoped that each song would be the last…. 1.5 stars, prob only 2 out of 10 though

Blue by Joni Mitchell
Jan 14 2025

well, yes!

Fear and Whiskey by Mekons
Jan 15 2025

thoroughly enjoyed / appreciated / ??? Kinda freaky but layered and interesting to delve into- all the fiddle haters can fuck off

Dub Housing by Pere Ubu
Jan 16 2025

Like talking heads if talking heads were just shit

Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth
Jan 31 2025

loved this one- helps that I listened to it a few weeks ago for the first time though. the sprawl is great, silver rocket, total trash, will be in rotation

Music in Exile by Songhoy Blues
Feb 01 2025

I enjoyed the first few songs quite a lot! IMO it trailed out a little towards the end, but still an enjoyable listen

Paul Simon by Paul Simon
Feb 03 2025

fine- I don’t mind his voice and I liked the softness of the music, quite relaxing

Feb 05 2025

irredeemable. an hour of pure shit- the track with Fred durst being rock bottom. if I ever hear anyone calling themselves a korn fan I will forever doubt their taste and brain

We Are Family by Sister Sledge
Feb 07 2025

solid and enjoyable disco music, well crafted and pretty gorgeous. 3.5 or 7/10

At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Feb 08 2025

shout out to the person who posted about this on Reddit the same day I had it generated Really solid live album although not as iconique as Folsom

The Undertones by The Undertones
Feb 12 2025

fine - teenage kicks put it up a notch

21 by Adele
Feb 16 2025

Three fantastic songs, the rest is fine. It’s not really my taste to be honest, but I can appreciate the beauty and emotion of her voice

Abbey Road by Beatles
Apr 06 2026

would return for a few but primarily the hits

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Apr 22 2026

echoing lots of other reviewers, how is this the only Petty album on here? criminal tbf early, and clearly rough and ready, but with so many gems - ending with American Girl is such a flex, but Breakfown is also a masterpiece and I loveeee Anything That’s Rock n Roll and The Wild One, forever, two of my all time faves

Ragged Glory by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Apr 24 2026

don’t mind Neil but this was too long
