Crosby, Stills & NashSome absolute all timers and some a little more boring but a classic for a reason.

Oh god please no
Jams all the way through
Way more opera than I want in my rock operas
Some bangers, a little slow near the end then ends with Hurt, a masterpiece
Perfect record, no notes
Loved it in high school, still some bangers
Tomorrow Never Knows is the best Beatles song by a huge amount. I don’t really love The Beatles though.
I understand how this record inspired and enabled so many artists and genres but it is a very boring record to me. Bleep bloop repeat with repeated monotone vocals.
One of my favorite records, I haven't listened to it front to back in a while, this was a treat. Race for the Prize and Feeling Yourself Disintegrate into Sleeping on the Roof are the perfect bookends to an amazing record.
Fully expected to give this a 1 or a 2 but honestly it wasn’t bad. Not my cup of tea but definitely better than I expected it to be.
Boy band era Beatles, the music is boring. All respect to how important it was historically etc, it is boring.
First of all this is a dope name for a record. Sounds a lot like The Clash to me which is good, pretty grungy which I like. At times a little repetitive (I mean the bonus tracks have a song called Repetition) but I like it. Probably better than I'm giving it credit for but I don't know how many times I would wanna listen to it.
I prefer the Stone to the Beatles, and I like this record well enough, but essentially none of it is original music and it takes a big ding for that. Fine enough to listen to, I wouldn't ever pick it out though.
This record’s lyrics probably don’t hold up under the modern analysis, and even if they do they are kinda like annoying edgy guy horny in a weird 90s way, but also the record is full of songs that don’t have that problem and are jams and even the ones that ar lyrically gross have lovely music. If you loved this band in the 90s I bet you have really strong and good feelings about the record and that’s nice, but it’s hard to listen to THAT many lyrics that sound creepy and not feel creeped.
I'd kill to be able to give this 2.5 stars instead of either 2 or 3. It is the definition of middling. The record itself is super uneven. The song writing is good for the first half and mediocre/poor on the back half. The production direction is really poor, the synth sounds cheap and gimmicky and most of the backing music is lame. The background vocals are outstanding and Leonard's voice is great. I really liked First We Take Manhattan and Ain't No Cure For Love, I really disliked Jazz Police and I Can't Forget.
Immaculate production, brilliant song writing, just a real joy to listen to. I hadn't listened to this record before which is an absolute shame but I'm thrilled this project gave me a chance to do so.
Clearly brilliant song writing but I have to admit I find it a little boring, just not to my taste.
Whew, lot of feelings about this. It’s impossible to separate what Kanye has become from the Kanye that was, the record is hugely influential and pleasant to listen to the for the most part, some of the lyrics are deeply troubling and one cannot stop thinking about what is to come.
Having this after two Leonard Cohen records really helped me with perspective, the production on this record is slick. Stripped back instrumentation with plenty of oomph when the track calls for it spotlighting killer songwriting and a voice to die for. I love this shit.
Unique and fresh production for the time period, not my favorite work from Q-Tip but it’s a lovely listen. If I recall correctly this album was in essentially development hell for years and was like a weight off Q-Tip’s shoulders when it was released, something he addresses in one of the songs. Loved to have a chance to go back and listen to it again!
I've had I Think I'm in Love on various playlists for years and never went to listen to the rest of the album. What a fool I have been. Weird psych blues that build and build and build and the influence is everywhere in much of the music I love. I'll come back to this one again.
Yikes. Some of this record was really hard to listen to. Outside of lyrical content I didn’t care for the production either. Fuck the Police is a great anthem and culturally important and I find it really fascinating that much more opposition was made to the threat of violence against police vs women but either way i just don’t care for it.
I hated the covers and I loved the rest of the record. Cool instrumental stuff, very psychedelic.
Funky, kinda boring though
Lots of noises meant to put you into a trance and feel like you’re at some sort of primal ritual. Unfortunately that isn’t a sound I enjoy.
Shitty Oasis, are they any good? They suck! So it’s not just a clever name…
Detroit Rock City can get it, the rest of the record is a little generic. Still alright.
Three five star songs and a bunch of 2-3 star songs. Not a bad record but not as good throughout as the standout tracks.
This is not how I remember the Toy Story soundtrack. Seriously the opening track is really something, I’d never heard it and it’s a wild swing that mostly connects.
Stevie Wonder's discography is robust, I haven't spent nearly as much time on it as I should have, this record is awesome. Living for the City is an all timer.
