Maverick A Strike
Finley QuayeA teenage favourite that opened my ears to reggae adjacent stuff. The songs are also very soul oriented, date night, n loving soundtrack. It's hard to argue with how pleasant many of these songs are.

Pleasant enough but lacking the fun and creativity of his best output
I found this somewhat forgettable in terms of songwriting and vocals. People was a fun song.
Always found Metallica a bit cringey and getting older hasn't helped much. It's not terrible but not for me
Fun enough in its own way I suppose, but also very dated and cheesy, without particularly strong songwriting to underpin it; not for me
Pleasant enough but quite backroom music-y. Might be a grower
A good debut, but miles off their second record
Couple of good songs but forgettable in many places, hard to stomach MJ these days
Started ok but got progressively cheesier and more irritating
Didn't really grab me beyond its enjoyable funkiness
Excellent song writing and influential sound
Big, brash and overall not the sort of jazz I love
Interesting sounding but no t really for me
Interesting, and quite groovy at times, but not on the level of the best Tinariwen albums, for me Clive.
Listenable enough despite some shrill vocals but not something I'm rushing back to
Pretty good but doesn't really thrill me
It was pleasant enough but u don't think I'll repost. 2.5 stars maybe
I found this a bit tedious. Doesn't stand out from other British music of the era
Perfect in its sloppy, messy, fuzzy joy.
I quite like a few of his other songs but this album did not appeal to me at all. Didn't enjoy his vocals, or the attempts at ambient and jazz.
