1001 Albums Summary

A teenage favourite that opened my ears to reggae adjacent stuff. The songs are also very soul oriented, date night, n loving soundtrack. It's hard to argue with how pleasant many of these songs are.

Pleasant enough but lacking the fun and creativity of his best output

I found this a bit tedious. Doesn't stand out from other British music of the era

Perfect in its sloppy, messy, fuzzy joy.

I quite like a few of his other songs but this album did not appeal to me at all. Didn't enjoy his vocals, or the attempts at ambient and jazz.
