Unknown Pleasures
Joy DivisionA favorite. Influential to my taste in music. Hooky is an inspiring bass player.

I realize I need to expand my mind and my library. I understand why this is a good record but it does nothing for me thus I don’t ever think to listen to it.
yep. a classic.
The beginning of something new that terrified the establishment. I love it.
Inspiration for countless bands I enjoy. That said, I can only take this record in small doses.
some classic tunes that I don't need to hear for a long time.
I can still recall when this record launched. I listened to it a few times and remember being disappointed more at each listen. I feel they were departing from the "heavier" rock sound into more of a lighter hair band sound like Poison and the rest. Panama is the only song on this record worth listening to. I think I ended up throwing it in the trash.
Although I do not actively listen this record on any hint of a regular basis - one cannot deny the magik it truly is. The sum is greater than the parts. It is the rare thing that is undeniable - one of the greatest records of all time.
it's a good one.
brings me back to the ol' punk rock days. Seeing them live was a special treat!
Love this record!
melancholy mood, sad vibes, etc. sounds great when you are feeling ennui on a rainy day.
not a fan
hard to deny the tsunami effect they have had on the music world. Back in Black is the record that goes down in history. This one, well....
