Elephant by The White Stripes

Exile On Main Street by The Rolling Stones
Oct 31 2025

Interesting use of brass instruments, but a little samey

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Nov 02 2025

Decent use of synth. They made repetitive sections interesting enough to keep listening. I can see how it was unique at the time. Decent enough album

Bad Company by Bad Company
Nov 03 2025

Classic rock. Good quality across the board. A little boring and samey for my taste, with no real standout songs

Not my thing, but very aggressive and insistent. Good guitar tone. Well produced. The vocals, although not to my taste, we're confident, and emotionally consonant with the flow of the song.

Billion Dollar Babies by Alice Cooper
Nov 05 2025

Not a fan. Consistent song quality, but quite boring, stilted, and kind of cartoonish. It seems like when it came out in 1973, the instrumentation would have been really new and influential, and maybe the daft attitude and style wouldn't have been seen as so silly, but without any nostalgia attached to the songs, they mostly kind of suck. No More Mr. Nice Guy is decent, Sick Things really, realllly sucks

Here Are the Sonics by The Sonics
Nov 06 2025

Excellent album. Insane how they got that raw sound when 2 tracks. Solid guitar work, cool vocals, and they did it at such a young age! AND so early in the 1960's! Raw, powerful, technical, furious.

Rust In Peace by Megadeth
Nov 07 2025

Awesome album. Consistent theme, incredibly tight. Guitar work is phenomenal! One of the best thrash albums of all time, easily

Hot Fuss by The Killers
Nov 11 2025

Great indie album. First of its kind

Iron Maiden by Iron Maiden
Nov 13 2025

Classic album. Revolutionary at the time, but the production quality isn't great. Great guitar playing, great bass, solid drums. The singing is not as polished as on later albums though

Justified by Justin Timberlake
Nov 14 2025

Solid album. Good production. Some classic tracks on here

Nov 15 2025

Really influential album. Time and Money are brilliant, but a little weak in some places. Good production. Brass and dramatic vocals were over the top.

The Slider by T. Rex
Nov 25 2025

Decent but very samey. Definitely T-Rex

1977 by Ash
Nov 26 2025

Good guitar work. Interesting song structure and chord sequences. Kinda shit singing

Smash by The Offspring
Nov 27 2025

I both love and hate the vocals on this album. Well produced
