1001 Albums Summary

Depressing themes concurrent with the times, easy background listening if you don't listen to the lyrics. Not my taste though, wanted to listen to something else by Track 4.

Classic gold

I have been meaning to listen to Fiona Apple for quite a while, so it's good this popped up. Requires a specific mood, but I like her mix of melancholy and rage.

Absolute gold

A fun listen, but no songs stood out strong enough to give it another go.

I like the few songs from Grateful Dead that I know, but this I could not finish.

Definitely the most raw version of FF. Not interesting enough to listen to it again, aside from “Floaty” and “Exhausted”, which I really liked.

Dad on a roadtrip music

I was in a strange mood and this was even stranger. Loved it.

I have to agree with many others that "Orange Crush" is the main banger here. The rest of the songs didn't leave much of a mark on me and his voice kinda annoys me.

Gorgeous

I read the reviews before listening, but this was actually a nice listen. Not a huge fan of reggae, but I am a fan of Greentea Peng, and got glimpses of her style here.

Great old-school hip hop album with playful lyrics. Love the hits, could skip a few of the fillers.

has some gems but an hour of Gallagher's voice is too much

Some sounds are very much of the time, but overall a strange and different-sounding album, I liked it

I really like Black Hole Sun and didn't get any new favourites after listening to the whole album for the first time. Still a gem of its time though

Fun, but maybe I should give it a few more listens to have it shine.

I respect it as landmark album in hip-hop, but it's really not my cup of tea and it got so annoying I couldn't finish it.
