Not really sure gangsta rap is my thing, but the production is classic.

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf
Jan 08 2026

Over the top, indulgent, but not like ELO or something where there are fun hooks. I like Todd Rundgren but his production here lacks any of the sporadic energy of his best works. Feels like music for Aussie dads to play while cooking snags and drinking VB.

Jan 12 2026

Enjoyed more than I thought I would. Quite good and pleasant, but doesn't seem groundbreaking to me.

Tea for the Tillerman by Cat Stevens
Jan 13 2026

I enjoyed it and I'm a big fan of folk from this era, but it doesn't catch me like Nick Drake or CSNY.

Definitely Maybe by Oasis
Jan 14 2026

I liked the end of Columbia, but the rest of the album was all a bit too samey.

Destroyer by KISS
Jan 16 2026

Not at all into this overblown crap.

Dummy by Portishead
Jan 19 2026

Loved the vibes, especially the drums and samples

The Next Day by David Bowie
Jan 20 2026

Good, but not great. Not sure why this is on here when it's not even in Bowie's top 5 albums

Elephant Mountain by The Youngbloods
Jan 21 2026

Pretty boring album even though I usually love this kind of music.

The Dreaming by Kate Bush
Jan 22 2026

Very creative, feels a little too weird for me but probably just needs time to grow.

Ghosteen by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Jan 23 2026

I don't really know how to rate this. Musically its not interesting but I understand why its an important album.

2112 by Rush
Jan 26 2026

Sure it's musically impressive but I don't get how this is meaningful to anyone other than the kind of guys who are really into star trek.

Midnight Ride by Paul Revere & The Raiders
Jan 30 2026

It's pretty standard 60s pop, not bad but it doesn't stand out at all.

Bookends by Simon & Garfunkel
Feb 03 2026

Incredible songwriting and production

Born In The U.S.A. by Bruce Springsteen
Feb 09 2026

Bit of a mix of all-time classics and duds.
