1001 Albums Summary

I feel like im hearing same song across whole album. Only „Me and Julio” stands out.

Few interesting tracks like, for example, „Dragon Queen”, „Heads will roll”. Rest of them seems a bit bland, like FIFA main menu music.

Great album, catchy songs, good melodies, beautiful vocals. I dont know what songs were listed on charts when this album was released, but i bet half of the songs on it were there. Btw. This scale is quite defective, i mean, it should definitely include ratings from 1-10. 4 stars is too low for this album, 5 is too much so i give 4.5.

Decent album, songs containing some good riffs, but its „Black Sabbath” which im not a fan of. I love metal, but they dont do much for me.

This album is just correct, somehow monotonous and tedious. It lacks a music that stands out and make it memorable. „5th season” only did it for me. 2.5/5

Apart from the "Ready or not", "The score" and the chorus from "Killing me softly" nothing really interested me. Im kind of person that listen to music to actually listen music, i dont pay much attention to lyrics so im no reliable reviewer of rap. So from musical side this album is 2/5 - i cannot give more for 2/3 listenable tracks for a dozen or so.

It is strange album, in the one hand it was groovey, energetic - basically Classic rock vibe - in the other hand, the quality of record is shit, sometimes guitars are playing some nonsense and there is nothing that stands out here. 2/5

A pleasant album which i forget quickly. Probably will hear it once again, its good music for a car. Definitely its too long for its content, 2.5/5.

She has a great voice, but overall its not kind of music i like, folk and Singer-songwriter music its good if sometimes i listen 1-2 songs, not entire album - especially with such serious subject matter in songs. 5/10

I cannot say it was boring, but it also wasnt much pleasurable to listen to. The concept of replacing instruments with voices is interesting. However, probably i will not listen to this album again so my rating is 4/10.

Nice classic, rock album.

I approached this album with bad attitude - due to my previous experience with experimental music - but it was suprisingly good to listen to. It wasnt that every song on this album was good for me, but some of them have nice grooves and nice vibes that can induce a trance of some sort.

Nothing special. However „Paradise” is great song in my opinion.

Chillout music, its fine to listen maybe 1-2 songs from this album, but fuck over hour is too much. Not my type of music.

Great voice combined with uncreative, monotonous songs, with two exceptions. Also her constant scale runs and „ooooh” „aaaah” are getting boring after few minutes, these techniques should enrich songs not be a foundation of them.

Cookie-cutter poprock album. One hour of melancholic, boring music without any energy and with crying vocals in almost each song. I cant say its a badly produced album, but definitely not something i like.

Another soft-rock with experimental inserts and whiny, crying boy as vocalist. Fuck, does this list is made in 50% of depressing, melancholic music after which you want to shoot yourself in the head? DNF this album, im fking pissed off.

I dont get jazz, it does not have a structure, clearly marked motiff/melody, each instrument sounds like playing independently from the rest. Maybe diving deeper into understanding jazz will change my mind, but for now im not interested in it. 3/10

Nice album, i like most of tracks. Sometimes they are too long for my taste but anyway. Another thing - Jimmy Page is fking riff machine, his riffs are so catchy. 7/10

I like chill reggae vibes, but on the long run all songs seems similar to me. Nothing stands out here.

I dont know whats so groundbreaking in album, that contains one hour of repetetive instrumentals.

These songs are totally forgetable for me, they contain some catchy melodies but thats it. The most annoying thing for me is the vocal, i dont know how to describe it exactly but every Indie/alternative hipsters music have this; it contains echoing effect and singers are whispering and talk more than sing often.

DNF Its not unlistenable, but i totally have no interest in continuing this album.
