1001 Albums Summary

Surprising quality of vocal Fidelity from a 1957 recording. Not exactly my style of music for direct listening but very nice background music depending on the atmosphere of the room.

Not my style, but good to associate to an iconic song. I feel like this band composition/style fell to the wayside.

Fascinating beats, made a refreshing change of pace / auditory experience. Really enjoyed this album.

Simple, all clocking under 2.5 minutes. But repetitive as time went on, each song sounding the same Reserved for the one or two outstanding hits

A good dirty grungy Blues album. I'm glad I gave it a chance, howling for you was on the radio so much when it came out that I got sick of the sound. Listening to the album a few years removed helped me to appreciate it.

Awesome 80s synth bass with a funky melody throughout. The 80s aesthetic is on display, giving these love songs a rhythmic flow. Tight album at under an hour.

Some gems, some noise. Some songs seem ahead of their time for the 60's rock scene. Maybe it's their influence on later bands I'm hearing.

Some sort of 90s alt-rock country blend. Not my style.

It's a very specific genre, but not one I enjoy in the context of how I typically listen to music. It has its own high energy that doesn't match how I vibe.

Funky latin beat.

Honestly, the one hit is great. The rest was filler noise to me. I just couldn't get into whatever Vibe this was supposed to be about.
