1001 Albums Summary

Really loved this one. Thought it wouldn’t build well after respect but it does a good job of drawing you in throughout

So good. A classic, She's always a woman was my entry point to Billy Joel. Huge smile on my face when this showed up this morning.

once again, one of my first entry points to an artist was Evenflow - and this album continues to be a great survey of what Pearl Jam can be. Loved it.

Listened while working so not as much attention paid as normal, but really liked the vibes of it!

Interesting stuff. Another good work mix.

I just didn’t get this one

Not a lot of experience with Joni Mitchell. Liked it, especially lyrically but nothing that I’d want to revisit over and over.

My kids have been watching a lot of shrek so I’ve heard beautiful monster a few times. Cool to hear the rest, a lot of the same vibes.

I didn't think this was as good as the other Sinatra album we've already gotten in this set.

Pretty good, but not much I'd revisit.

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did. Big grin on my face through the whole thing. Funny. Rocks. Not sure I’ll come back over and over but something I liked listening to about as much as anything on the list so far.

I have a soft spot for these narrative songs, and these are classics.
