I didn't hate it but it doesn't stand out to me. I even gave it a few listens to try and understand the hype (top 10 rated albums on this site, really??) but I just can't really imagine myself putting it on for anything other then background music at work.
Good instrumentals, but the tracks are way too long for me. Maybe I needed to have grown up in this era to understand it.
TOP 3: Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Pt. 1-6), Welcome to the Machine, Wish You Were Here
3/5
His voice is so annoying, now I have a headache. This actually pissed me off
The only semi-passable song is "Take Me to the River", but even that is ruined by weird vocals and is not enough to save this album from a 1 star.
1/5 stars
Even Flow is a BANGER. So are Black, Garden, and Release.
Once, Alive and Why Go are also pretty good. I don’t have a strong opinion on any of the other songs. A few I think could grow on me but I didn’t outright hate anything.
First half of the album is definitely stronger than the second part. Still solid album. Will definitely come back to it.
TOP 3: Black, Garden, Even Flow
3.5/5 stars
EDIT: The more I listen the more I love it. I keep coming back to it so I’m going to have to bump it up to a 4. BANGER album.
Really not for me. I don’t like the vocals. As a one off song, maybe it’s fine. But a whole album of it ? It was so bad to the point that by the time I got to Lovefool, even that song started to sound annoying.
And the lyrics man, It’s just not good. They were so cringe at times.
The only two songs I found okay were Lovefool (I don’t really like it but It’s catchy) and Ironman (which is apparently a cover so does that even count?).
1.5/5 because the vocals and lyrics
Nothing really stood out to me tbh but Dolly Parton has a nice voice. I guess if I had to pick a top song, maybe Here I Am? It’s the only one that sounded slightly different to the rest. But Id zone out a little and zone back in. Sounded almost like 1 continuous 30 minute song rather than an album.
Maybe I might like something else on her discography because like I said, I think she can sing. But this album was kind of boring.
Somewhat enjoyable listen, 2/5 stars.
Lowkey BANGER album. I was not expecting to like this one as it's not my usual genre. Unfortunately can not give it more then 4 stars because that unnecessary 8 minute intro on the last song annoyed me too much.
Would be interested in listening to more of his discography if it's on the list.
Top Song: Hyperbolicsyllabicsesquedalymistic
Rating: 3.5/5 rounded to 4 stars
I don’t have much to say other then this was an interesting listen. Its not my genre or language but It’s kind of a vibe. Would make decent background music at work.
The tracks kind of blend together so its hard to say my top songs. I don’t know if I’ll come back to it but I enjoyed it.

Wow...Off to a terrible start with that "song" Pristine. I have never felt more irritated in my life. The vocals on this album, especially the first few songs are just terrible.
East Easy Rider, Safesurfer, If You Loved Me At All were OK at some parts. The rest of the album ranged from okay to straight up grating. It was kind of dull and boring at times and unlistenable at others. I zoned out during a lot of it and the only songs that stood out to me were the ones that were really really bad.
I'm sure some people could find something on here that they enjoy and so maybeeee it deserves a 2 because it wasn't all bad.
BUT I really did not enjoy this at all. So I will give it a 1 personally.
1/5 stars
Wow I really Liked this one a lot more then I expected to. Recognized a few popular hits "Everybody Wants to Rule The World" and "Head Over Heels".
TOP Song: Shout
3.5/5 Stars rounded to a 4
Wow… this was definitely a choice. I was already in a bad mood today but this made it significantly worse. And why is there ads in the middle ??
1/5
It’s not bad but something about the stones just isn’t for me. There were a few songs I enjoyed though, might come back to it.
Top Songs: Shine a Light, Soul Survivor, Tumbling Dice, Happy
Another great discovery through this challenge. I enjoyed this one a lot.
TOP Songs: The Only One, Tighten Up, I’m Not The One, Everlasting Light
It was okay, some nice instrumentals but wouldn’t listen again and I have no idea why this needed to be on the list.
The random explicit lyrics in The Rough And The Quick completely caught me off guard. A lot of the tracks are very repetitive with almost no development. The vocals were not great, and kind of annoyed me. I didn’t hate it, mostly my ears were just bored.
Really enjoyed this one.
TOP Songs: Stop That Train, 400 Years, Midnight Ravers
This was okay, but doesn't stand out to me. Probably won't come back to it.
TOP Songs: Helpless, 4+20, Woodstock
The confidence to release this and call it music
A bit disappointed by this album because I loveeee Hotel California (The song). An amazing track surrounded by okay, but forgettable rock songs.
TOP songs: Hotel California, Try and Love Again, Victim of Love
Listened twice and I don't get the hype. It was fine but I didn’t like the screeching. Purple Rain and When Doves Cry were OK. Rest I just found kind of boring. Wouldn't listen again.
2/5 stars
I listen to a lot of Hip Hop and rap so this definitely isn’t my favourite Hip Hop Album but it’s still pretty good.
TOP Song: They Say
