Very by Pet Shop Boys

My absolute favorite album so far I’m not sure if it’s 5 ⭐️ compared to albums I’d normally listen to but it’s def 5 ⭐️ in this list so far

Tapestry by Carole King

One of the goats, really loved listening to this fully for the first time. Might acquire the vinyl. Jarvis, pull that up 🧐

Superfly by Curtis Mayfield

this mf was fire, groovy as hell. maybe it's a little bias because it's the first one but I really enjoyed this. folks are sayin the movie doesn't even live up to how good the soundtrack is

Franz Ferdinand by Franz Ferdinand
Jun 04 2026

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jun 09 2026

standouts for me are definitely "no woman, no cry" and "them belly full (but we hungry)." crazy to still see so many parallels from the struggles of the 70s and 80s and today. feels like we've made so much progress but still a lot left to do Cost of living gets so high Rich and poor they start to cry Now the weak must get strong They say, Oh, what a tribulation

Vivid by Living Colour
Jun 10 2026

liked this a lot more than I thought I would. cult of personality to start goes dummy hard, definitely the best song on the album. also liked the landlord one

bodies & emi are annoying as hell lol eeeee emmmmm eyeeeeeeee!!! that song was about dissing a record studio that dropped them after only 3 months because sex pistols were damaging their reputation. that's kinda cool but jesus christ man lol

Jul 29 2026

Insanely good. Unfortunately I think a couple of songs are kinda annoying, like Prophet Song (and even Bohemian 🫣) but you can’t say they aren’t talented as hell

Raw Power by The Stooges
Jul 31 2026

Hotel California by Eagles
Aug 03 2026

top the billboard hot 100 charts "hotel california" won track of the year the album itself lost to "rumours" by fleetwood mac certified 28x platinum by riaa one of the best selling albums of all time

Zombie by Fela Kuti
Aug 04 2026

saw this cover art pop up and went "what the hell is this." was possibly thinking about skipping, but saw it was only four songs so I jumped in the lore behind this album and this man is absolutely insane The album was an attack/protest on the Nigerian government and military. They attacked a commune that he had set up, burned it down, and threw his mother out of a window (rip). Then he married 27 women 😎

Imagine by John Lennon
Aug 05 2026

I gasped when I saw that this was the album of the day I can't listen without thinking of the celebrities singing it during covid I have never listened to the whole album unfortunately "imagine" is by far and away the best song on it

Pretenders by Pretenders
Aug 06 2026

I have learned today that I'm not a fan of the Pretenders. much love to them tho! also they're an english rock band but the lead singer is American and their only continuous member lol. she's from akron ohio, where bron is from 🤔
