I think it’s a 7 - but not quite an 8, so it gets 3 stars

The good bits are good but some of it is just so silly. Maybe it’s Spinal Tap’s fault that some of it sounds like a parody?

The hits are good but the rest is a bit silly. Not sure I need to spend that much time with Eric Clapton.

It’s so so so long and quite self indulgent, I don’t really get it.

Maybe 3.5? Some good bits but the bad bits are more cringe than Paul’s granny music. It’s a shame the best song is also such a sassy diss track lyrically.

Really enjoyed it. Bit silly but loads of Hendrix personality in it and nice to remember how good Mitch Mitchell is. 4

It’s bloated baby!!! 3 big bangers is not enough on a 75 minute album.

Some of it is obviously really juvenile but I still love the beastie boys. The samples and production are amazing.
