Every time I hear someone say Elvis Costello I say ‘hell yeah’ but I’ve only heard like 4 songs. Pete Thomas is the perfect drummer. Smooth and powerful. Alison and Blame it On Cain are perfect songs. Lost me a bit at the end but it’s still a 5/5 for me

I’m glad they suggested a hip-hop album this early - what a listen. The first five songs knocked me on my ass. I never knew It’s Trippy sampled My Sharona (power pop follows me everywhere). My Adidas into Walk This Way transition is iconic. The drumming on Perfection is how I aspire to play
