1001 Albums Summary

5/10. Contains the usual well-known stuff, nothing new struck me. Not heavy enough to be on in the background à la Lion Records at Clapham Junction / Lavender Hill

Poor. It has ‘Family Affair’ and nothing else that stands out. Formulaic funk. Boring background music. ‘Spaced Cowboy’ is quirky cool, but that’s it.

Utter. UTTER. Bollocks.

Eminently skippable, little beyond the obvious tracks (three of them in a row) to recommend it. And I own it!!!

Shite. Sounds like something John Lee would have owned, and we all know what a complete wanker HE was.

Every track sounds the same. Reminds me of 1992, it’s that bad.

Bought it when it came out. And people think The Smiths are depressing!
