'Talkin' about a revolution', 'Fast car' and 'Baby can I hold you' all on one album. Solid.

Incredibly boring. I thought it might have been revolutionary in its days. But the days were in 2018? I don't understand why it's a must listen.

I'm pleasantly surprised. For me the name Kanye West was let's say controversial. Now I understand why he is so famous (for his work). Previously, I was not particularly thrilled about Rap/Hip Hop. 5 stars for making me reevaluate a whole genre. Just to stress this: Given how negative I view his behavior, it was an uphill battle. It's a complex album. Every song sounds unique. I will listen again.

It's pleasant but I never fully bought into Brit Pop. It's good but it doesn't make my heart move one way or another.

Didn't know them before. Not my favorite but if somebody likes them, it wouldn't be a breakup reason.

No, just no. As others commented: 1 good song. The first one. Then it's repetitive and boring. Couldn't listen to the end.

I'm not too big on Jazz but it's nice. This album is somewhere between interesting/captivating and pleasant background music for me.

The longer it lasted, the less I could tolerate it. When my neighbor started drilling and it took me too long to realize, it's not part of the music, I knew: It's not for me. I do like experimental stuff like Pere Ubu, but this feels too forced.

It's better than I remembered it. Add some nostalgia and I'm between 3 and 4 stars. After some generic albums, I'm leaning towards 4. Pete Doherty is the Christiane F. of music for me and I found him really cool as a kid. Maybe because he was dating Kate Moss? Nevertheless, raw and unique sound.

The album has moved me to tears. That surprised me. It's getting too much after a while though. Still, 4/5.

I couldn't listen until the end. At the beginning I thought I've already listened to it? But no, it was their other album 'No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith' which sounds exactly, and I mean exactly, the same. '(We are) The Roadcrew' was okay.

I can't believe that I didn't know this album. Very pleasant. My highlights are 'Mrs. Vandebilt' and 'Nineteen Hundred And Eighty Five".

I love The White Stripes. They introduced me to indie rock. It hasn't gotten boring since. Love the guitar. Love the drums.

I love it. I came across Christine and the Queens about a year ago. Finally, I listened to the whole album. You have to be in the right mood for it but I mostly am.

I had real fun with this one. Upbeat but not dull. The live versions are even better. 4.5/5

I enjoyed it with 'Where is my mind?' as a clear favorite.

Plain, boring old guys rock. 'Jump' is a classic. Always fun to hear. Makes me nostalgic.

I really want to like Dolly Parton because I know she's a legend but country is not for me. I'll give 3/5 nevertheless.

It starts slow but after 2-3 songs it's picking up pace. Takes me back to my teenage years.

Actually not too bad. Just the solo guitar riffs are too long. Please, don't do that. It's - maybe - for live performances.

It's definitely different. It started strong for me but it's losing its magic over the course of the album. I'll listen again.

It's nice background music - in the best meaning of the word. There is nothing worse than being in a restaurant trying to enjoy your meal and the music is shitty. This would be perfect with a good meal or a nice drink.

It's country. I don't like country. But at least it's not the absolute worst kind of country. 2/5

Another 'okay' album. I'm not a huge fan but it doesn't hurt me when it's in the background. I recognized 'Dreamer'. 'School' was a pleasant discovery. Unfortunately, it was the first track. After that, I found it a bit plain.

I definitely enjoyed this record. Suggest me more of that kind. Finally a female singer - OMG! After all these plain guy (indie) rock shit. And I looove indie rock, but enough is enough. Give me the edgy stuff. Please and thank you!

It's a 3.5/5 for me but I for Nick Cave I have to be in the mood. 'Where the wild roses grow' is only getting better.

It's fine in the background. I can tell it's good Jazz but I only like very particular kind of Jazz. This is too slow for me.

Somehow I thought I wouldn't like it but I'm pleasantly surprised. It's probably one of the best old men rock albums for me. It has aged well. Not sure if I'm just over it a bit because you hear their songs everywhere of if it's just not 100% mine. 4/5
