The Wildest!
Louis PrimaI actually enjoyed this more then I expected - but a whole album of trumpet-y swing is a bit much for me

I like Nick Cave when he rocks, but I found this balladeering album pretentious crap (I feel un-australian saying that!). Into my arms is lovely, the rest of it I could do without
Classic. Backup singers are amazing
Love 'A message to you Rudy', nearly fell of my chair on 'Monkey Man' - I know that song from a Wiggles video with Kylie Minogue! I like ska, so enjoyed this but dont think it will be everyones cup of tea
Changes, Oh pretty things and Life on Mars are great. Surprised that I liked Andy Warhol (nice acoustic guitar scales). The rest all sounded very similar, except for Bewlay Brothers - must have had some weird 'tea' when writing that one
Used to listen to this a lot! Highlights include ‘I just don’t know what to do with myself’, ‘you’ve got her in you pocket’, ‘the hardest button to button’ and of course the epic ‘7 nation army’. Cracker!
One of my favorite albums! "Debaser", "Here comes your man", "Monkey Gone to Heaven" and "Gouge away" are classics, and most of the other tracks are bloody good too (except maybe "Tame")
Utter drivel.

Couldnt do it - piano based jazz just not my thing I guess
'Pretty Green' and 'Thats Entertainment' are classics. I love the garage-rock sound, but ultimately found most of the other tracks forgettable
Soppy nu-wave pop. Never heard of them before, but wasnt blown away at all. I know Edwyn Collins from 'Girl Like you' which I like, but thought this was drivel
Couldnt do it - when the first song didnt turn into Evernessence (they obv sample it) I had to give up :D
Just too much for a Monday morning! I made it through the first three, can see why I used to have a soft spot for the later metallica (liked the black album) but the earlier stuff is just too much of the same thing (over and over and over....)
Better then I thought. Like the horns, background singers (esp on kilo). The Tony Stark references are funny (I guess this was when Iron Man was out), but its never going to be an album I would recommend
Didn't realize how heavily early-blues influenced they were. Great band, but found the album a bit tedious. The version I listened to had 30 tracks, all 2-3 mins long, all either Beatles-like rock/pop, Rolling Stones-like blues/rock, or Animals-like rock. I guess they developed a more distinct style later one. 'My Generation' and 'I cant explain' are the 2 tracks I immediately recognised
Not really a country fan, but - Johnny Cash, playing live at San Quentin prison...wow! Will have to watch the movie at some point
Loved this album as a kid! Never noticed how bad the bass was off on Femme Fatale on my old cassette version. Still enjoyed it!

Guitar-based heavy rock. Never heard of them before, probably would have loved it back in the nineties, bit much for me now (I guess Im getting old)
Used to live on Abbey Road!! Great album - Beatles emerging from throw away 60s pop to some progressive pop / rock
Rock goddess
Not possible - I hate her
