The Man Machine
KraftwerkGreat album. Still sounds surprisingly fresh and modern, highlighting how far ahead of their time kraftwerk were at the time of release.

Excellent album, some classic 90's indie rock. Stand out tracks are the singles but the album tracks are strong also, good riffs and vocals throughout.
Very good album. Expected to only enjoy brimful of asha but, some very eclectic songs, great variety of sounds and rhythms mixing electronic, bass and Indian instruments to great effect.
Interesting album. Some great sounds and very experimental. Liked the mix of French and English and the different styles put together.
Classic disco album, great for getting up and dancing to and singing along to.
Standard Dylan. Album was catchy but some pretty random lyrics.
Excellent album. Great track called Mr wendal brings back some great memories.
Some good sounds, slightly phsycadelic guitars. Enjoyed the album, vocals fairly non descript but sound good and atmospheric.
Foreign language, not a problem. Energetic, Latin style music. Good to listen to in background. Didn't engage hugely with this one.
Great album. Some classic hits that are great to sing along to. Otis has such a distinctive voice and the tunes are fantastic. Also great to hear some slower numbers that are less well known.
Definitely a grower. Not my favourite album when I first heard, was expecting bombastic anthems like Songs for the Deaf. However, Josh Hommes voice is amazing, the vocals varying wildly at times creating different moods depending on the song. Will take a few listenings to really get, but another good album by one of my favourite bands.
Excellent album. Some great singalong hits. Varied in pace too, some songs show more energy than others to keep it interesting.
Great track in 'Been caught stealin', however, the rest of the album is fairly forgettable.
Excellent album, some classic 90's indie rock. Stand out tracks are the singles but the album tracks are strong also, good riffs and vocals throughout.
Excellent so gwriting accompanied by a unique voice. All her songs tell a story making these songs a little more meaningful than most. Guitars reflecting the sounds of the time but mostly sound modern. Enjoyed this album and will listen to more from Joni
Better than expected. Some good guitars and vocals. Pyscadelic riffs and licks in there but entertaining. Great harmonicas too.
Great album, lots of powerful guitars, bold drums and distinctive vocals. Howling for you is by far the best track but generally, a great, powerful album
Okay album. Vocal heavy, nice guitars and piano.
Chilled out album. Some nice strings and easy vocals. Creates a dreamy kind of atmosphere when listening. Some interesting arrangements with different instruments lending each song a slightly different character
Great album. Still sounds surprisingly fresh and modern, highlighting how far ahead of their time kraftwerk were at the time of release.
Very nice album. Charming and heartwarming. Could imagine hearing them in a cosy pub with a beer and an open fire. Some very emotionally charged tracks, slightly haunting in places. Very well written and arranged.
Eclectic mix of songs on this album. Chilled out so easy to listen to but some lovely vocals and interesting arrangements make this a lovely album to listen through.
Not bad. Very sixties vibe, a good mixture of songs but none I recognised. Entertaining enough to listen to but not one I'll keep going back to.
Very good album. Expected to only enjoy brimful of asha but, some very eclectic songs, great variety of sounds and rhythms mixing electronic, bass and Indian instruments to great effect.
Enjoyable album. More tracks I recognised than I thought I would, good guitars and blends of instruments arranged very nicely. Very good album.
Good album. Driving guitars and that distinctive lead vocal. I wanna be your dog by far the best rack but others have their merits too and I enjoyed the album.
Good album with strong vocals and varied styles and instruments.
Alright album. Lots of guitar driven songs, minimal vocals meaning lots of so gs sound very similar.
Classic disco album, great for getting up and dancing to and singing along to.
Classic 80's album. Some excellent so gwriting with great melodies and arrangements, very much enjoyed.
Very good album. Lots of emotion and every song telling a story. Tracy Chapman has a great voice and great skills as a songwriter.
Quirky album with some real Sing-along tunes. Great for a sunny afternoon listening. Reminds of Jerry Reed in song composition and sound.
Interesting album. Some great sounds and very experimental. Liked the mix of French and English and the different styles put together.
Good album. Great vocals and variety of arrangements. Some songs I didn't know I knew too.
Lovely album, very 80's synth pop feel but also beautifully arranged vocals and mixture of sounds. Very enjoyable album
Good album, pop punk with great lyrics Representative the era. Some songs I knew already also. Very enjoyable
Interesting album, mixture of sounds and styles. Tracks not likely to stick in the mind but enjoyable and entertaining to listen to in background.
Almost the definition of 80's synth pop. Such a distinctive voice over some of the most iconic electronic sounds ever to come out of the 80's. Great lyrics and structures too, each song having there own feel, although some recycling of sounds does occur. Great pop album
