Jagged Little Pill
Alanis MorissetteI didn't grow up in the 90s but this is what I imagine it sounded like.

What a live album, what a voice. I can't believe I had gone my whole life without listening to Dancing in the Moonlight. Never making that mistake again
The songs weren't necessarily bad but the whole album is so aggressively uninspiring.
This album was so much fun to listen to. So glad I didn't skip this recommendation
That's a hell of an opening track. Fav track is definetly Almost Cut My Hair. Deja Vu and Country Girl are strong contenders too. Just an overall solid album with a cohesive track order and stellar songs. 👌

Girl... what is this? The Glorious Land might just be one of the worst songs I've ever heard. On the plus side, I've never heard so many positive things said about England. And the last half of The Words That Maketh Murder wasn't all that bad. Maybe it's just not for me because I did not enjoy this album.
Love it. Sounds like summer. Super good vibes.

Hmm...maybe I need to hear a remastered version or something because I had a hard time getting into the album
Stir it up is one of those songs that get better with each listen. This is a great album
I feel like this is what it would sound like if the Beatles made an album in the 90s. I can appreciate that

Obviously incredibly talented instrumentalists. And I enjoyed listening Child in Time and The Mule. But I felt the album as a whole was underwhelming and I'm not sure why. Maybe I just expected everything to sound like Smoke on the Water.
Once you get past the god awful lyrics, it's a pretty decent album.
It was boring.
This album has all the best parts of west coast rap. Great listen all the way through
I think a lot of the songs sound a bit too dated but I can appreciate the album for what it probably once was
It's amazing how well this album has aged. It's just so good. So, so good.
What a live album, what a voice. I can't believe I had gone my whole life without listening to Dancing in the Moonlight. Never making that mistake again
The second half was a lot stronger than the first half but overall still very boring to listen to
A bit too corny for my taste but it's really cool hearing earlier versions of sampling in hip hop
it's a cœur-SUHH
Strangely soothing.
I'm surprised this album is here. As a Lana fan, this has always been my least favorite project of hers. Sure the album is great lyrically and there are some nice songs, but for the most part, the production takes any fun out of it. Jack Antonoff has a tendency to drain the melodic uniqueness out of artists and this album is just another casualty.
Everything except for So Long, Marianne was pretty dreadful
Very "The Beatles meets early 2000s indie/alt" and I enjoyed every second of it.
The album's a bit long, but man, did it make me feel cool
I love drums
1. This album is aging really well. 2. This is kind of the perfect album length.
The songs weren't necessarily bad but the whole album is so aggressively uninspiring.
I wish the album sounded more like "Crocodiles".
