Kind Of Blue
Miles DavisExcellent bluesy jazz. Loved Flamenco Sketches!

Did not finish all the way through. Several hits, very solid. classic rock style album stripped down without too many frills. Incredible energy at the live show, too.
Mid. Not in a bad way, just didn’t hit for me, but it was melodic and enjoyable!
3.5 stars, really, I don’t love her vocals myself but I’ll admit, they’re absolutely magical!
Great album, Opera Pop as Tim referred to it, it’s snazzy and catchy and atmospheric all at once.
This album - and the titular song - is really great, very groundbreaking, and worth it just for Amy Winehouse’s voice, but isn't exactly my style overall. It was good!
Great, clean, consistent, cohesive. United and Life After Midnight and The Rage are really good!
Not excellent, very weird.
Weird as hell. This is very advanced for its era. Let’s maybe consider Help Me I’m a Rock to be a great song, and the rest to be harbingers of an incoming age.
Not great. His voice is, and the album IS haunting, but it's not at all my style.
Real great. Will be returning to this one!
Good stuff. Great background or driving music!
Forgot to listen to most of it, but really enjoyed what I did hear! They're from Mali, by the way, for quick reference.
Definitely influential, the beats and creativity are apparent, but not worth repeating.
Great electric guitar and fuzzy amp sound. Not great overall.
Quality. Almost like an audio letter to love itself.
Definitely influential and definitely not worth listening to. Way too slow.
Not great and not bad, classic for a reason!
Not really good, not really bad. Not worth it, though.
Good sound, but it was just noise.
Really influential. I can literally hear the Glitch Mob samples and inspiration from this one, but it’s not the greatest sound.
Nothing too special.
Not bad! Worth coming back to at some point. Overall, it’s probably close to a 3.5, but I’ll go with 4.
Pretty retro-sounding. Not bad, definitely not my style, though. I wonder if I don't like David Bowie?
This is a wild mess of an album. It’s pretty good, honestly, but it’s impossible to know which ones are great and which ones will just be instrumental messes of sound.
According to other reviews, the South African influence is transformative in this album. I’d argue that, if present, the South African influence had been mainstreamed into classic folk rock shortly before or not long after, and I couldn’t separate it from the stories being told.
It’s kind of just noise.
Influential but not exactly my style.
Classic, a little bit slow, but probably perfect for the bayou.
Come back to this. This is surprisingly excellent.
Weirdly good. Goodly weird? You Can’t Always Get What You Want is pretty good, as is Monkey Man.
Not so great that I want to come back to it, sadly.
Great stuff. Was a big fan, still am.
Pretty good sound, typical CCR
Not great, didn’t make it through. Not bad, either.
Very interesting, not great all the way through in my opinion, but parts of it were truly excellent. Bends genres for sure, expands my own appreciation for and awareness of music.
This is incredible. I’m really fond of it and I’m really surprised.
No, just no. The vocals are way too much.
