You've Come a Long Way Baby
Fatboy SlimI want to like this but I think it's just too repetitive. Gangster Trippin is a forever banger though.

This is like music you'd put on in the background while you listen to other music.
Fun as background music, keeps the energy up. Problem is the songs start to sound the same. Also, I can't understand them at all.
Renaissance fair rock? Flute or whatever goes hard af.
If Portishead made background music for 90's gym equipment commercials.
Solid project - love the covers, samples, and beats. But the album is carried by Ms. Lauryn Hill.
I mean... it's a classic. Personally, not really my thing but I don't have to love it to recognize its ubiquity.
This might be controversial, but this kind of just makes me wanna listen to DragonForce.
Just learned this genre is "Heartland Rock." Really not feeling it, found myself skipping quite a few songs. Might be too patriotic as well tbh.
Why Elton John made a reggae song I'll never know.
Not what I expected at all. Seems like a collection of mostly boring but inoffensive singles; also, weirdly country.
It's pretty good, maybe pretty fine. Found it hard to really get into the music, but I do enjoy the vibe it creates.
Painfully slow, this genre is just not my thing at all. First half felt like yoga studio background music. Hero is a banger though.
Very fun album. I did find the harmonica or guitar distortion a little grating at first, but it really grew on me.
Love the vibe, but man the vocals get annoying. The energy is palpable though.
Not sure if I'm into the genre enough to love the whole album, but I certainly like many elements of this project. Specifically, the grit in her voice and the piano/organ.
I know its pop-rock, but I actually prefer when the vocals weren't trying to sound rock-y. For example, Sunday Girl and Heart Of Glass. Though One Way Or Another is a timeless banger.
Inoffensive but also a bit boring.
Almost gave this a 5. But since I'm hesitant to add this to my own list of bangar albums, I'll settle on 4. Stevie Nicks owns this album though.
Idk what this is... Tame is especially grating to the ear, Here Comes Your man was the highest point.
I'm usually not a fan of country music, like... at all, but I enjoyed each song starting with band discussions. Way too long though.
Oof two country albums in a row...
How did this get on the list...? It's okay I guess, seems overproduced and somehow all over the place at the same time.
Considered taking a point off just b/c of the singing in Cold World. This album goes hard af though.
Great Value Beatles, but Shangri-La is excellent. I was leaning towards a 2 but the second half won me over.
Oh god the vocals... it's like a fever dream. I like the instrumentals though.
Songs To Be Tied-to-Railroad-tracks By. Surprised how much I enjoyed this actually, always assumed I disliked all country.
Tons of bangers on this album, but it sort of falls off in the second half.
Actually kind of underwhelming. I was excited when I saw Queen but I guess I only really know their hit singles.
Great album. For some reason I always wished I could be a fan of the Beastie Boys but they never clicked for me. I think this finally did it.
There are a lot of fun and impressive moments in this album. But I can't help but feel like half of it is just filler.
What the hell is this?
I have a nostalgic appreciation for Neil Young, and he's a fantastic songwriter. But his voice just aint it for me personally. Sail Away and Powderfinger are amazing though.
While I like the aesthetic, this album was fairly boring.
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this album. Excellent songwriting and performances. I think this is very much enhanced by the liveliness of the crowd and Cash's interactions with them. Can't believe I'm rating a country album this high...

Great album with lots of classics. A little too many skits for my liking but at least they fit thematically.
Obviously Seven Nation Army stands out here. But I didn't expect the rest of the album to be sort of mid and forgettable.
Cool jazz, relaxing but fun to listen to. Doesn't blow me away though.
Lots of great songs on this album. I was surprised by Oh! You Pretty Things, one of my favorites here and I've never heard of it before.
Generally enjoyable but doesn't stand out at all to me.
The whole album sort of sounds the same. Good vibes but repetitive.
No while this album is Bad, I wouldn't say it's bad. But it definitely isn't great. The second half stands out for sure.
It's fine... not my genre but fun as background music. Got me through a late night of coding at work at least.
Hard to understand him sometimes, but the instrumentals are generally enjoyable. Had a hard time deciding between a 3 and 4, but Mystery Man convinced me.
I saw this described as a "comfort album" and I couldn't agree more. Something about this just feels warm and welcoming.
Just couldn't get into this, felt pretty boring throughout.
Soulful as hell. Not a big fan of lengthy songs but he kept it interesting.
It's probably just a genre thing that I'm not into. But the guitar just seemed like showing off for the sake of showing off, rather than what sounded good sometimes.
Solid lyrics, great album. The vocals can be annoying sometimes though. I wish I could rate 4.5, but since I can't - 4 it is.
This is like weird medieval psychedelic rock. Flowers and Beads was good, but the rest is hard for me to enjoy. I don't know what the hell that last song was trying to be...
Wow was shocked to hear Gangsta's Paradise... Overall this is a solid album, and I can understand the love surrounding it, but it just doesn't always click for me. Also it's just too long.
Why all the nasally yelling...? While Nevermind is great, this album reminds me of why I'm not a fan of Nirvana.
Surprised I liked this as much as I did actually. Just a pretty solid album. Nothing groundbreaking but I enjoyed it.
Just not my thing really. Has some bangers though - Slow Love especially.
